Have any of you ever felt like someone is spying on you or putting chemicals in your food and medication, plotting to get and hurt you. That some object has special meaning. People canhear and see your thoughts. Oh andwhat someone is saying has a secret message you can only get once. There are many more, have any of you ever felt these thoughts? Does it happen often? Happens alot for me. Ugh right now I think someone is reading myposts going togive me chemicals to be someone else! Strange thoughts Strange thoughts Strange thoughts

I often have the feeling other people can hear and "see" what I'm thinking about at the moment. I try to clear my head and think about something meaningless then, grass for example and not to let them find out what my thoughts really are . I realize it's riddiculous because it's impossible to hear thoughts but I can't help it.

1)you wrote "putting ...chemicals in your food and medication,"

what does this mean to you "chemicals"? what do these chemicals do?
what do you think the medication is?

2)and then you write "give me chemicals to be someone else"

what do you think your medication does to your mind?
Who are you but your mind?

and yes I have had and do have those thoughts and feelings, so you are not alone.
I use logic to handle the fear/worry by asking myself
what are the odds of this being true?
why do I think this way? should I continue to think about it?

hi,
for years i've struggled with unusual fears , such as someone is entering in my house and spying on me and or have moved stuff around and or this person is going to break in my home and harm me. however, since i have been on risperdal, these strange abnormal fears have almost completely disappeared. yes i still struggle sometimes especially when i'm severly in a depressed state. however, seeking help has tremendously helped and i would suggest the same to you. also not being alone helps me.

Sarah116 -

as far as i know, ur thoughts are typical symptoms of schizophrenia/schizophrenia type disorders.

during my attack of psychosis i felt that everyone knew what i was doing and thinking, that everything that happened was related to me, that there was something going on that everyone knew about except me.

ziprasidone has eliminated all these negative thoughts. like gwen said... talk to ur doc!

reading all your replys I see you believe in the religion of drugs to solve the problem. good luck with that. Drugs/meds do not control your thoughts, you do.

Hello I hope things are going better with you at this time. The medication does not control you but the RIGHT medicaiton can help you feel safer and less paranoid and delusional, and help to control mood swings(anger outbursts) Highs and lows(depressive) moods. I am sure you feel somewhat concerned about how you feel that you may be communicaiton at a different level as others, and a lot of this reasoning will subside with the right therapy and medication. You are not alone it is just what happens with the disorder that you have, it wont last forever and try to get the help you need as soon as you can, so that you can feel safe in your surroundings. Take care sincerely Soidhonia

Hi,
When I am laying in my bed at night with my eyes closed, I hear something so I open my eyes there is a bloody guy standing by my bed. So when I tell someone they just look at me like Im crazy, and my sister tells me that I need to be admitted in a psyc. ward. I feel like I am crazy and the reason that it happend was that somebody is out to git me.
