I was also really privileged to spot some butterflies and moths.

This one rested on our patio table and I asked it to open its lovely wings so I could take a photo...and it did! And stayed perfectly still while I crept closer to take its photo!

And this little guy was found chilling on our front door one day. My Mum said he is a lime hawk moth, but I've never seen one before. The lovely little thread of happiness :)

Thanks! Yes, the cherry blossom is always my favourite every spring. I used to pick some for my Nan every spring weekend when I saw her and she'd put them in little egg cups on her kitchen windowsill

That beautiful tree was opposite my house. I took a few different pics, but could only get one close up of the flowers because the tree was too tall; will have to grow taller next year, or take a ladder with me on my walks!

Thanks Junk, I appreciate it

I do enjoy taking photos, especially when they capture what I intended. I just use my phone camera because it's always on me; no fancy equipment to lug around on the off chance of a picture moment! And the photos are good to look at to remind me of the nice things in the world.

Willow that moth is truly a beautiful creature. I'm generally terrified of moths but that one is amazing to look at. Thanks for sharing!

I love lilacs. I have a lilac bush at my house and a lot on my street so the air constantly smells like them int he warm weather; it's the best.

I'm not sure, it was growing very randomly in the grass. Sort of like a dandelion, but way more fantastic. Now imma Google pink wispy.
