i got taco bell for dinner! i decided to get fast food because im not eating enough everyday. i only had 300 calories today minus the burrito.

i dont want my metabolism to slow down while im trying to lose weight. but i know fast food isnt the healthiest choice.

just wondering. i wonder how long people work sometimes. my dad works from noon to 9pm. and he used to work at another job on night shifts around 3am... i hated it. i hate it now too.

My hours are kind of my own choice except with regard to meetings...we have two 9 am meetings a week but other than that it's flexible but must total at least 40 hours. So one day I may be there from 8-4 or 9-5 or 8-7 with a shorter day on Monday or Friday to compensate....Wednesday tends to be my longest day. Today was a typical 9-5...this is all really rare in research most people are encouraged to work 60 hour weeks ie stay late come in on weekends whatever....I long ago found if I worked like that I made stupid mistakes and accomplished less and was less happy. Luckily I have a boss who doesn't monitor time so much as output...

i had a really good day at work. i like talking to this one girl. coworker. shes way younger than me but we get along well since like the first day. she was looking at the schedule and said "yay we both work on monday" . that made me feel good that she was happy we will work together again. also the manager said that the other cashiers need to follow my good example and tuck their shirts in. i was the only one up front with my shirt tucked in. so that felt good. i just got home. i told T i had a good day and he said yay and he was so glad. im going to my moms this weekend. so that will be fun. idk i just had a really good day. yay!!!!!!!!! now i know wat T means when he says isolating affects my mood. i have been finding it comforting to hole up in my apartment but my mood stays kind of numb. today i felt happy. guess T is right like always :P

so its comforting to stay in your apartment but not good for your mood? thats good you had a good day. i hope you enjoy your time with your mom.

when im in my house for a long time alone i get depressed and numb feeling. its harder for me to get out though when i dont know anyone and have not much to do. so i think i understand.

its quieter in here today

yeah like i feel comfort when im alone in my apartment during the day. like im safe. but it makes me feel numb and the longer i do it the more anxiety i get about leaving. this isolation is kind of new for me. i dont know what brought it on. but im trying to work on it

theres a good story on 20/20 ABC about children with severe OCD.
