Have your meds started working yet...I really think it's a lot to ask for you to be doing anything until those kick in. Also studies have shown a lot of people spend six months on the couch watching TV etc during their initial recovery from psychosis it seems to be part of the healing process.

I'm sure they can't force me to take the medication - sure they say they can, but maybe they are just saying that, one thing I know though, is that there is no needle coming anywhere near me next week.

I've had a realisation. I have a lot more problems with symptoms than I let myself think and it affects my life a lot. So I've decided to start changing it. I'm guna shower EVERYDAY, brush my teeth twice a day, join meditation, and yoga, and get up at the same time everyday no matter if my bf is in or not. I think it will help my motivation

That's awesome....it's kind of a slow process at least for me but I think I'm doing better after my psychosis than I was before becuase I'm taking care of myself better now...it's one of those classic lemons to lemonade things....

It's going to be hard at first but I need to start getting ready for uni in September. I've had problems with self care that have developed over the years since the start of all this and I need to get myself out of this rut

Aren't you on a community treatment order though? If so, they can't force you to have it in the community, instead they will section you and forcibly give it to you in hospital. I don't think you have much of a choice about having the depot if you're on a CTO Kureha

I think that's a good plan, but I would caution against doing too much too fast. In my experience it's unsustainable. I'm focusing on getting up at 10am every morning and leaving the house every day. At the moment my shower target is twice a week, which is a bit much considering I was averaging every month/6 weeks until very recently.

What course are you doing? Is it in your home town? I'm hoping to go back to finish my psychology course in Sept (if I can convince my parents I'm ok)

Yey! Hopefully the start of a better chapter of your life Cracking

My last wisdom tooth to come through is really hurting the last week It's been hurting on/off for a number of years, much longer than the others took to come through, so I'm worried that there's not enough room for it to come through, and the gum at the back is really sore and swollen. I'd love to go to the dentist to see if they think it's hurting because it's stuck or just being slow to come through, but I don't have a dentist (I'm on a waiting list for a NHS one, because lots of dentists these days only want to take private patients cos they earn more). Though apparently if the bottom wisdom teeth need extracting you have to have bone sutures and stuff, which sounds awful and I'd really rather avoid that. I'm not a big fan of dentists or doctors or procedures, which is ironic since I was a medstudent and had no problem doing stuff to other people! lol

Also I'm going to France on Tuesday for 10 days and so won't be around here. There's wifi but I'm only taking my phone and I hate trying to use the forum on such a tiny screen. I'm somewhat looking forward to it, but I'm also terrified that the Govt surveillance team will follow me abroad using the tracker. I want to go horse riding (I did a Bucket List a couple of weeks ago and horse riding is one of those things that I'd love to do), but I'm scared they'll take photos of me horse riding and kayaking etc as evidence that I'm faking. Luckily Max is coming too (got him a pet passport) so I won't be so scared in a new place, but I'm still nervous about the trip. Anyway, that's where I'll be

i had sort of fun day. i went shopping again. at a different mall. with my mom this time. she didnt make too big of a deal about my weight this time. a little bit. but it wasnt too bad. my mom asked about these belts in mens sections and this cute employee guy showed off his own belt he bought from the store. he lifted up his shirt. i was like omg. not only did i do a double take but i did a TRIPLE take. i hope he didnt see me do that. his stomach was so flat and hot. naked guys are so hot.

anyway i didnt have too bad of a time driving but i had a little paranoia at the mall. ive been smoking cigarettes like a chimney. its cause im so stressed about my weight. its been 3 months and i have gotten out of the 130s. i keep fluctuating. plus im stressed about my dad working. so stressed. i worry about this. a lot.

It was cool. Even was able to take off shoes and walk in the water. It was very pretty. Aside of bumping my head, Getting sunburn on my face, and worn out by the steps it was loads of fun.

I am, I was just asking the question because if I'm going to have a relapse it's going to be in the summertime. That's always when my psychosis has been at its worst.
