work was ok. but at one point i felt so dizzy and like i was gonna faint. i think i was dehydrated. i had to ask to sit down for a few minutes. i was scared to ask, because i have an issue with asking for my needs, but she let me sit down and i felt better after i drank some water. im off for 2 days so thats good. so exhausted

ya i do. i didnt sleep much last night.

also one of the managers came out of the office and said in a *****y tone that we shouldnt just stand around and talk. i wouldnt of minded her saying that if she didnt sound so uppity and controlling. i think some of the bookkeepers and managers let it get to their head that they are "above" us. i dont think of them as above me. but im sure they do. and i dont like that attitude

What's the temperature like there? I know for me in the summer I sometimes had issues with heat stroke type stuff on the APs...

oh man
my dad saw my nose and said "why did you do THAT?" it wasnt a normal question - he said it more in the tone of "why in the hell did you that?" kind of tone.

How old is your dad? It tends to be a generational thing...

Newtus don't worry about what he thinks right now he just needs time to adjust...your dad is the same age as my parents and when my sister got her piercings and tats they got used to it and realize it's an important part of her identity...

I'm still up. I've been having a racing heart for a while and it always bothers me most at night. It's probably anxiety but I can't help worrying something is wrong. I'm already being tested for blood pressure and kidney problems. Tonight I had chest pain that was radiating down my arm so of course I got worried, but there are no buses running so I'm not going to the ER to get it checked. I can't sleep because I'm too worried but since I've gotten out the pain has gone. I hope it doesn't come back.

That's scary! I'm so sorry you're experiencing that. I get the racing heart quiet a bit myself. For me I think it's anxiety. That pain in your chest and down your arm could be a heart attack. You should get that checked out!
Thanks for this!

I'm in that same boat tonight. Can't sleep. Too much worry. I hope I become more motivated soon too. I need to keep myself busy so that I don't think and worry so much.

Yeah, I was trying to clean but my mind wouldn't stop. Part of it is the hypo mania. I have awhile still until I'm on a therapeutic dose of my mood stabilizer. I have to titrate up slowly with it.
