Man slept half the day away and I don't feel like doing my walking video.

Summer for me is the best time, I get hypomanic. But now that I'm on these meds not so much, it sucks...But I've gotta get stable.

The attitude part of me is like....same time you quit drinking....not that you should say that to your dad but still...just tell him they promote cognitive enhancement with sz...I think its much harder to quit them with sz anyway due to the way the impact on medication dosing and what not...maybe he's just asking because you may have told him you wanted to quit or something though...in that case I think it's fair...

No side effects that I've noticed, and the stuff is actually WORKING which is nothing short of a miracle.
Thanks for this!

well i hung out with my friend. we went to target. i got some groceries. yay. i was without food or money for a couple days. had to ask my mom to send me a little bit of money so i could eat. im not good at saving money. id like to be better at it. i dont feel like an adult in that sense.

do any of u ever feel like wired and cracked out when u get little or no sleep? its a weird feeling, like running on fumes. i feel it right now. i finally fell asleep at 11:30 last night (after laying down at 10) and woke up wide awake at 3:30am. now i just feel weird.

I used to when I was well but ever since being sick it's like I could get zero sleep and be perfectly normal the next day just like I slept all night...to me that's weird...

I went to a Buddhist centre tonight to do some group meditation. Trying to have a go at new things. It was quite peaceful but a bit too religious for me.
Thanks for this!

There is definitely meditation that's not religious it's actually supposed to be really good for you....it helps the prefrontal cortex function even if the body is shutting it down through a fear response...it's actually been shown to be beneficial in sz and it puts the mind into the same gamma state as laughter...

That's cool I might try some of my own at home. It's about clearing your mind and entering a peaceful place. Seems like it's kind of like being mindful and 'in the moment'
