Very dark. I'm amazed I lived through it all. So much happened being untreated bp.

I'll look up the neurofeedback therapy. Don't think I've heard of it before.

My grandmother was like a mother to me. She passed away and I think in my mind I think of sorta like seeing my grandmother in my mom. I miss my grandmother so much.

I can totally relate to the depression. I'm slipping down the rabbit hole as we speak. I too have the thoughts of suicide when I get deeply depressed. But I just keep reminding myself that I can't give up....I know that once I reach the bottom of the rabbit hole the only way out is to start climbing.
**** that rabbit hole of mental health... I see your point.

It's 2am here so she's snoring her head off all stretched out in the very middle of the queen size bed! She acts so human! Lol!

Yeah my mom helped raise my son. I'm so happy I had her help bc I was really unstable. We all miss her so much. She was an amazing woman. My dad died when I was 4 and my mom had some serious mental health issues but she did soooo much. I'm the youngest of eight, so when my dad died there was still 5 at home. Idk how she did it. Always had a home cooked meal every night. Even though we didn't have much, all in all she was a great mother. Worked her *** off at kmart and goodwill. I will always miss her...

No I don't have a therapist. I can't see one because I have no rides to get there every week or two to see one.

Well where I live the nearest bus stop is two miles down the road with semi trucks going down that road. Very dangerous and the bus doesn't run that much in my area.

Nope. Just mom and my stepdad and they both work long hours so asking them to drive me anywhere is a hassle.

Both of you must live in the country. I wish I lived in the country. I hate living in the busy, loud city!

I live in the suburbs of Columbus. With all the cookie cutter houses. I'd rather live in the city.

I live in the city but we don't have good public transportation here. I am on the outskirts. It's nice, my apartment overlooks a pond. It's really nice in the evening. Right now I can hear a duck quaking away. One night my son and I saw a huge bird come down and get a fish, it was so cool! Theres a blue herring that hangs out here, but the poor guy is always getting harassed by these black birds. My sister said its bc the black birds don't want him getting to their nests. It's pretty cool to watch the birds. I just get paranoid and don't go out on my balcony like I could.

I wonder what that ducks upset about...he's just quacking like crazy, lol. It's so funny, my cat tiger gets scared of the birds, lol. They have a nest right in front of my balcony and they swoop down. It sucks bc I have to keep poor midnight locked in my room at night. There coyotes around here and he jumps off the balcony. He's itching to come out. I hate that I can't let him out, but I'd miss him so much. He's 11 now.
