Hmm, stepdad tried a recipe for a salad and it was good. And chicken strips. Realizing that we eat a lot of chicken.
Thanks for this!

Chicken strips sound good. None for me though, only soft foods. Maybe I'll lose weight, lol.

Lol, ur lucky to have him. I've never worked with a male therapist. That's cool that it's allowed u to heal, especially after what all happened with that sick t.

I've really learned never to run out of my sleep meds. But when I was younger I would run out of meds all the time. The Nyquil might help.

Oh man I would flip my **** if I ran out of cigs... I know I know, bad habit... but damn, I can't quit right now. My mental health is so shaky right now which isn't a good atmosphere for quitting. I'm still bordering on manic right now.

yah, i know i am very lucky to have him as my T. it has helped me to learn that not all men or people in general are out to harm me. that there are good people out there. we work a lot on my core beliefs i learned during my childhood and adolescence. its hard to confront those beliefs and be told that they are basically not true for me anymore. but the work is very healing. i literally owe my life to T.

Ha, know the feeling.

I've recently started swimming again though so that should help things. I need to lose about 20 pounds. I'm not that horribly overweight and I love myself just the way I am, I just feel like **** physically so that's my motivation to get some weight off.

Yeah, how much I smoke is directly related to the state of my mental health. The more unwell I am the more I smoke.

I love swimming! Well not competitively. As for weight... I'm really overweight for my hight. I'd be happy if I can lose 100 pounds.

yeah...finding a good therapist is hard. my T doesnt take insurance cuz the program im in doesnt take insurance since its a private facility. but my trust from the settlement with former T's malpractice insurance pays for the program and my therapy.

Some of the brand new ones are amazing...they have the latest training and aren't set in their ways yet so they'll sort of let you experiment a bit...whatever works...
