yea something happened. im not going into it. just for the sake of everyone here...but i know i get upset when i interact with people.

It's ok. It's Like that one comedian who was like (yesterday I was happy, today I'm sad, I must have bipolar.) Some people think that's how it is.

Thanks! I did consider this, but Max looks like the Hulk about to burst out of the jumper. It fits my Mum's dog who is half his size, so nothing that could subtly be altered. I'm assuming I F'd up the measurements. It really wouldn't surprise me lately.

it's funny listening to my mom use the voice to text thing on her phone. Now I'm annoying her by cracking my knuckles. She keeps saying my knuckles will get larger. I don't believe her.

My dad does that voice text thing too he is too lazy to type.....

There was a guy who cracked the knuckles on only one hand all his life as a test...nothing happened...

Well I saw my therapist. Idk, she's really inexperienced. Then she said something that was ridiculous, long story. Idk, I can't just change therapists easily bc I'm on Medicaid. I tried talking things out with her, and since I left I feel more and more uneasy about working with her. I just don't know.

Newtus, I can't remember the names of the meds used for nightmares. But you can look them up...

I'm grumpy, I feel like I'm gonna have to wait until I can afford a therapist to find one to work with. I guess I could say, I'm sorry but I need someone more experienced...Idk.

What do you guys think? What do you think junkdna and atypical?

my therapist is the same way and i cant afford another one because im on medicare....i basically cant afford a better one

LOL! Thanks for that; made me laugh. My family goes on about how "cruel" it is to put my dog in a jumper (even though he genuinely doesn't mind - trust me, if he didn't want to wear it, he really wouldn't!), so I can only imagine what they'd say if I painted him green! Not only that, but I wouldn't be thrilled having to paint him or wash it off the next day. I have painted his paw print a few times for art stuff and he wasn't thrilled staying still for 5 minutes to do that, so I can't see him behaving for me to paint his entire body. I'd probably end up more green than him! lol

An orthopaedic surgeon I worked with said that the crack is air that builds up in the joint, not bone, so he reckoned it wouldn't cause arthritis. I don't know how true that is. I tell my sister she'll get arthritis when she does it anyway because I hate the sound, but she won't listen.

I do it without thinking about it. I know some people get annoyed by it and I try to stop myself.

Yeah, it's so hard to find a good therapist anyway. Then add in through state agencies...it sucks...

And she's one of those ppl that's always smiling. Even when you're talking about something horrible. It ****ing annoys the he'll outta me...Ugh!

I miss my peer counselor. I saw her. We hugged. She's an awesome person. And she totally got me. I guess I need to have my therapist do a referral to get her back...these agencies its so many hoops to jump through...

yea the agencies do have hoops. theres no other therapists at this branch of this clinic in at. my old therapist hugged me once or twice. she got me too and wasnt like the one i have.

im thinking about getting another therapist but i either have to save up some money or talk to my therapist about it. i dont really want to talk to her about leaving her tho

I think you'd feel better if you told her your concerns. I'm thinking if I get approved for disability I might have more options bc then I'll be on Medicare. Idk, I finally have my hearing in February. I've been trying for 2 yrs. Fingers crossed I get approved...

sunshine how long would it be til you can afford another therapist?

Well I'm hoping with the disability money to get a car and start driving. Then I'm hoping to start volunteering like 2 days a week. Then maybe go back to work like 25-30 hours a week. Idk, more than likely that won't be enough. I know for sure I'd need one that was sliding fee based. So a couple yrs. That's if I don't have any major episodes like I have since 2011. Idk, I'm trying to be hopeful...
