Got triggered emotionally today by a housing board letter rejecting assistance and appeal to secure a house flat, which means my family will hv to go through balloting and then it all comes down to chance and luck to relocate to another town. This is making me fed up, i would die rather than living with these loud and slanderous neighbors

Today I heard a voice telling me to harm myself. I panicked and obeyed the voice. My grandparents are very supportive of me. I told them what my care coordinator told me. They said I will get better. But better from what? Is it a blessing or a curse? Yes, the voices are unusual and only heard by me. Granted that makes me different. But I really am being stalked and the police really are after me.

Saw that you answered. Yeah inderal/proponanol helped me the most too.
Thank you for your support. I'm doing much better with it today.

Idk if you ride for fun or if you're becoming a cyclist, but you can buy specialized pants with padding in them and it also helps lactic acid flow as well. I'm a cyclist so that's what I wear along with dry fit clothing because cotton absorbs sweat and gets heavy/nasty.

I just started riding to get fit and avoid bus fares to uni really. I could try some cycle pants but I might look weird walking round uni in them haha.

I went out on the bike again today but the wind was awful so I'm knackered. Think I'll get the bus to uni tomorrow and give myself a break. Give my bum chance to recover lol. On the positive side I've already lost a little weight from exercising and eating healthy.

WOW is certainly fun and you'll meet lots of nice people, and its the largest in term of player number and sales. It costs to play though. I switched to DDO because its largely the same setup but free for the most part. If you want to know more PM me.

JunkDNA I'm sending lots of good thoughts and prayers. I know what you're going through because of emergency situations with my cat. I hope Toby will be fine.

Good call Bean! I love all these new young adult books and movies that are dystopian. Hunger Games, Divergent, Maze Runner, Ender's Game, The Giver is a really good book. The movie had its moments too.

When I was a teen I remembered reading Ender's game and it left such an impact on that I still read it form time to time. It's got so much heart. The movie doesn't have the depth and heart that the book has though.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy the movie, Bean!

I think I'm immune to energy drinks. I've just had one and I still feel tired like I could fall asleep.

ok so toby is ok. the vet was not concerned too much. the vet obv could tell that i was really scared bc he kept asking me if i was ok and told me not to be nervous. he was really nice though. toby has healthy vitals. they gave me some special GI food to help calm down his digestive system. i am so glad everything is ok and i hope the food helps toby. i still have this lingering feeling that maybe something is really wrong and they just didnt find it. but im trying to stay positive. they gave him rabies shot and dewormer

this is not how i expectedmy day to go but im glad i got him checked out
