Benzos are good for emergencies but something like Buspar is a good long term solution, or an SSRI. I personally didn't like the SSRI. I feel you. I really do.

Thank you Ody! Maybe if I can ever get to a doctor I'll ask about Buspar. I don't know how to go on living like this.

Had to have a fit for them to give me a ****ing zyprexa

I'm thinking of stopping my meds and leaving by law order or torture because they're not helping

It was a series of three modern ones....one about the way we slowly reveal ourselves while falling in love, one featuring Johnny cash music that was kind of odd and one that was a bit of a parody of ballet but ended with the entire troupe on stage.....it was amazing because they were all in sync to the split second....I really enjoyed it.

It sounds like it was amazing. I would love to go to a ballet.mI've not even considered that there would be modern ones. That sounds silly, saying it, but for some reason, I only hear about the oldies.

Yeah it was awesome....yeah the oldies are really good though almost everyone loves them, they do nutcracker here every year and I saw swan lake in the fall....I used to love Tchaikovsky but you just hear him too much around Xmas for me but in high school that was some of my favorite music...

I'm so happy to hear that. I'm sure it must be hard to be there. Hopefully they have your best interests I mind, but will also listen to your concerns as well.

Glad you are feeling better.

yes. every night i get into these huge paranoid episodes and i freak out. im trying really hard to not get there tonight. i wrote a letter to myself earlier. like the one T wrote me. its to remind me of when i felt safe and not crazy. reminding me that i am safe and i will make it thru the night. i just want to be normal, you know.... i dont want to be crazy anymore... i know all this is happening bc im transitioning off the shot. its bound to be rough for a little bit. but emotionally i feel sad about how crazy i get and i feel embarrassed about it later. it makes me feel stupid. like i should just get a grip.

you know you live in the south when you turn up your heater to 80 or 90 when it gets cold inside.
