I'm chewing 8mg nicotine and puffing 10mg nicotine capsules. It helps really well with the shaking of Abilify. I guess the .5mg clonazepam helps too but today I'll be on 1mg clonazepam, tomorrow on 0.5mg clonazepam and then no clonazepam.

I ordered vaping supplies at 18 mg nicotine, I hope they'll work out well. He said if it's not enough just use more. I hope I'll be able to quit smoking. My anxiety is extremely bad and I'm afraid to make an appointment.

vaping the 24mg does give a bit of a boost my energy but it does up my anxiety a bit. im thinking of going down to 18mg.

I don't know how things work in the UK justmeandmyhead, but here in the U.S we have phonebooks that list people's names and numbers unless you pay to keep it private I think, it could just be someone who picked a random person to mess with

Went to my appointment and got my shot, my doctor is increasing my Paxil to 50 or 60mg for OCD depending on which tablets the pharmacy has, so hopefully that helps

You can block them with an app. There are a bunch of apps for that. Not sure about iPhone but I have used phone warrior on Android.

the weather is worse.
so my dad is staying home today.
lots of black ice and ice in general.
its supposed to snow tomorrow too.
yesterday and today was just ice.

hes never missed a day of work so hes a bit disappointed.
besides of course his off days and asking far far in advance for life events like my aunt passing and my sisters wedding.
he asked a year in advanced to get off from work for my sisters wedding.
like thats how serious he is.

I feel a bit guilty down here in Florida. But if anyone wants, I can make sunshine care packages with some sand and shells and tiny Palm tree leaves.

My parents are down in Florida right now and they send pics of the sunset on the beach to share...

yea my dad asked to take off 3 days for my sisters wedding a year before the wedding actually took place. and the kicker is...he started work a year ago.
