but Ody...thats a low thing for a psychiatrist to do. to openly talk about your problems like that with people in the office without your consent. psychiatrists ive had never truly agreed on most things the last pdoc said but they are more inclined seems like to believe whats been said before them if so presented with that information. idk why but i have my theories as to why.

I'm getting nearer to the truth.

i worked a 10 hour shift. bc high school kids wont come in on their days to work. TEN HOURS ON MY FEET!!!!!!!!!!!!! THENNNNN i had to come home and take a test and 3 other assignments by 11pm. i worked 11a-9p. omghhgghghghh hnnnnngngggggggggg

im not sure if i want to goto my support group today. i feel anxiety just thinking about going. idk if its cause i had an anxiety attack there last time or what but i just i dont feel like going.

im not going to my group today. too much anxiety. i feel like it triggers me especially being in a small room with a bunch of people close together. its not the room. its the people. the human beings...so close to me. ugh

Med change today, went from chlorpromazine to amulsulpride. Anyone know anything about it? Been on it? Experiences?

Still on the depot Clopixol as well. Apparently it's working, good for them.

Hopefully it'll get the "I want to blow my head off with a shotgun" mood out of my head.

Also, he was asking a lot, and I mean a lot, of questions about who in my immediate and extended family has schizophrenia. They're hardly going to diagnose me with that are they? Why would he be asking? I really don't want to have that. **** that for a game of soldiers!

I picked up my medication from the pharmacy today. It's always busy in that place. They put seven days worth of tablets in a big box. I don't get it. Why use a big box for something small. I mean I'm not trusted to have more than seven days worth of medication at a time. So they could just put it in a small box. But no, they put it in a big one for no reason. It's just bugging me a bit.
