Yes you need working with voices victim to victor by Ron Coleman and mike smith...it's a workbook and very useful but a little hard to find since it's from the UK....

im kinda far but not too far to remember what happened in high school. being threatened and picked on. and these kids will be high school age. they wont be my age. at least not most of them.

Had an amazing group therapy because there was only two people including me that showed up. We just talked philosophically about rrational thoughts and about mental health for almost two hours.

The other guy said that by looking at me, he wouldn't think that I'd have these problems and asked to help any time I need. Not many people do that..

The therapist was asking why I was forced to be in his groups for two months and not the other place which he said is basically designed for me specifically or schizophrenia.

My negative symptoms were getting good and so is my mood but that won't last. I believe it's the pack a day of cigarettes.

For a bit, we specifically talked about paranoia and how I would think someone would walk in and attack me or that the therapist would psychologically harm me. I need to think better than that and use logic but at this time the paranoia is good too.

I sound like a smoker when I talk but it's better than hearing my own voice for some reason.

um i just paid 27 dollars for that book but i got an email back that my email was not recieved. so dont buy anything yet becuase i dont want anyone to be ripped off. if my email was sent back then is my money sent back too? maybe ill get it. ill let you guys know if i get it.

It is...there are a ton of coping strategies....my first T gave me a photocopied version in a binder because it was so hard to find....but yeah I hope you never need it....

It's these two guys that have a YouTube show. They talk about really random things, they also make really funny songs. The topic that introduced me was "how to escape various types of bear." My favorite song is the pillow song. Or the breakup song.

Me too! I love quipping with folks, it can really start rolling sometimes. But if I get put on the spot, I forget how to speak.

I feel terrible. I said **** the Lithium and weaned myself off it sooner than my doctor said to. Plus a panic attack and mania in the form of rage.

It was very hard for me to switch to soda.

You may not want to but you can always go back on and taper off slowly again....I know when I was tapering abilify I couldn't tolerate cutting the dose in half but going by quarters was ok.....I had such a bad reaction to the too fast taper I was afraid to try it again for a year....

it says ppl say coke around here too. cant say ive really noticed that here. i call it soda. i dont drink soda anymore though. i drink water and coffee....
