A friend of mine is a special ed teacher and she can pull student from class to her room where they can work among like 7-8 students so it's less distracting. They can also get special accommodations for classes. It might be something to consider...

I've decided that Ambien doesn't work for me. Seroquel didn't work either. Maybe I'm just not meant to sleep well.

seroquel just made me lethargic and well...sleepy but like not restful sleepy. but restless sleepy

I completely forgot the Abilify until now today. I got up early and didn't remember! I hate that.

Started therapy this week, group and individual sessions. Was really good, therapist is a nice guy, he's a student in his clinical training but he's only going to be here until August and then I'll have to change therapist, which is a bit dirt but sure what can you do. I got quite a lot out of it and it's a weekly thing, one hour group and 50 minutes private session every week. Might be a bit overbearing as it's a lot of therapy but I'm lucky compared to people here who don't get even near that.

Anyway, hope you're all well. For those not doing so well, keep your head up.

Ack. Kids have been fighting all day. Makes for a miserable day.

That happens to me often. I'll forget to take my meds, it's not that I'm intentionally skipping doses it's that my short term memory is astoundingly bad.

Yeah I just went through an entire large box of Kleenex in less than a week thanks to my allergies. GAH.

I got some good sleep too and I am also doing far better.

When my schizophrenia really flares up I don't sleep much... It sucks, because of course being sleep deprived just feeds it.

Same here, we got some sunshine for the past couple of days but tomorrow that storm system is going to slam this area. It's mostly been raining/storming here all month. Makes it annoying when I need to go smoke, heh.
