I think I read that if you get warm and your cheeks get red that your body isn't that great at processing alcohol. And of course if you start getting like hives or something then it's an allergy.

I think Smirnoff Vodka is made from some kind of wheat.

I stick to potato vodka. It's safer lmao.

I think I may just stick to having a drink or two on special occasions. I have a bad habit of buying a thing of liquor and trying to do like 5 or 6 shots in 10-15 minutes but I just end up feeling like crap afterward

well guys i wrote my paper.

now i just wanna lie on my couch and watch cupcake wars but my xbox is being weird.

i have to go back to work tomorrow. i asked a guy to cover my 5 to 9 shift tonight. he said yes thankfully.

maybe it will be good to be back at work. less time to lay around and ruminate and develop existential crises.

today started off pretty bad. not gonna lie. but things are better right now. so i am glad.

sometimes T and i talk about call of duty during therapy. he has a xbox in his office lol. he likes call of duty too so we have talked about it a lot. i like that my T is weird and fun and we have things in common. but we have some things not in common... like he is a math wizard and a geochemist master. lol.

I can't either! Or in breakfast. I say bref-est. I say asked with a t instead of k. Everyone makes fun of me for it.

I've been thinking a little more, and realizing that it is much, much more likely that my memory and concentration problems, despite their severity, are due to depression rather than dementia. Especially given my age (I will be 24 next month).

Omg, that song gets played over and over at my work in the kitchen! It's funny that I've developed an appreciation for this, and I never knew who it was. Just had to say that.
