Scars can be a bit like that, I don't think that means it's infected. I broke both bones in my arm & got 26 stiches in total I think after getting plates put in. Worst was the scar on the underside of my wrist... it was so hard not to itch & pick at!

I went through a period of being an insomniac when I was a teenager. Some nights I'd spend hours trying to fall asleep & then wake up early in the morning after I did fall asleep. Summer was always the worst because of the light coming in my room early. I'm glad to say I grew out of it but I'm still a light sleeper & prone to waking multiple times throughout the night.

ive always been an insomniac and am a VERY light sleeper. the littlest noise wakes me up. a fan. a sneeze. a movement of a chair squeak. breathing. anything. im surprised my light doesnt keep me up. but im afraid of the dark. yea I am. #secret. I wake up multiple times throughout the night. even on ambien and Xanax combined.

After I have my coffee I should go downstairs for the mail but it makes my legs feel wobbly thinking about it. The stairs scare me and everything.

I got the mail! My battery and premium ejuice sample was down there. Good thing I checked the tracking number.

ETA: I got Cosmic Fog's Church, can't wait to try it. It's chocolate ice cream sundae flavor.
Thanks for this!

Well done on facing your fears & getting your mail. I'm sure it wasn't half as bad as you thought it would be. That's the problem with anxiety, it makes you think of the worst case scenarios & you get yourself worked up.t6yreet54 (that last part was added by my cat ) I found it a real help just reminding myself of that every time it played up... most the time, your anxiety is out of proportion to what will actually happen.

Mmm, sounds nice. Especially the cinnamon coffee, I've never tried that.

Thanks Loial! Yes, my anxiety definitely gets out of control. I can manage something like the mailbox early in the morning before a lot of people are around but these doctor appointments have me terrified.

I really want to see my nurse, I have a lot to talk about.

I really want to get evidence of gang stalking, I want someone to admit to me on camera, that they are a gang stalker.

I have arrived. I'm glad the trip is over. A little anxious about seeing my cousins since it's hard to find something to talk about, but really just very happy that I can relax for a while.

I'm also a very light sleeper, but not as extreme as you newtus. Maybe it has something to do with schizophrenia?

That's a really nice sketch, moonsun! A little hard to see all of the details on my phone, but it looks beautiful.
Thanks for this!

Did you guys realise there is a sub-forum in Psychotherapy called "Romantic Feelings Towards My Therapist". I think it gets the award for containing the best thread on PC too, just take a read: You know you have erotic transference when..

yeah i am very aware of that subforum. it triggers the hell out of me but sometimes i read it. i feel like i want to save all of those people and tell them what its REALLY like if you engage in an intimate relationship with your therapist. odds are the majority of those people wont experience that, but i know what its like and it really damaged me. i know fantasizing about your therapist is very normal, and i dont judge them for it. but since ive been through that it really triggers me
