Sugar can cause weight gain. So it's not impossible. If you've changed any meds recently, that could cause weight gain as well.

I think feeling genuinely sad is a pretty bad feeling like missing someone who meant a lot to you.

I gave up on the geodon, it made me so tired that I slept 18 hours a day. I decided to go back my old meds and I see my psychiatrist tomorrow.

I have a question, do you guys just vent here only or do you have someone that isn't mentally ill you can talk to?

I always found that talking to people who aren't mentally ill about mental illness caused them to stray in friendship and sometimes ended it.

I have only one person I am good friends with I feel like I can talk to about my mental illness, we have been friends for a long time.

Other than that I have friends from group but obviously they have some form of mental illness, and then I have here which is like a place I like to check in every day with random stuff not only things relating to mental illness. I try to forget I have one

I'm sure that'll be great.

I've not been camping in a very long time.

I just vent here really. I have one friend who was curious and asked questions but even then I wasn't comfortable with being completely open. i.e. describing hallucinations or delusions like I do here from time to time.

QOTD: who is your biggest supporter?

My husband is my rock. Most others wait around to see me lose it again

I come here to talk, because it's where I feel most comfortable. I love the interaction with people I care about. I've never been made to feel like I don't belong here, except perhaps by myself.

I guess it's my Mum. I don't describe what's going on in any detail to her but she has always shown concern & had my back.

I'm trying to fight tears right now because I don't know who's lying to me anymore. I always screw things up. I'm losing my only family.

Thanks for all of your responses

I only vent here and I don't usually come on here often. I feel like if I vented everyday people would just get annoyed at me so I usually keep it to myself.

Are you sure people are lying and its not delusions? It gets really confusing sometimes. I actually trust the people around me more than I trust my own brain.
