What is a fourloko? I hardly ever get fast food but with all the appointments this month I've been taking taxis through the drive throughs. But I never get drinks because I'm afraid they'll spill.

Hey y'all. I just returned from my venture into grocerydom. I now have 3 types of cheeses, hummus with olive tapanade, and 24 cans of moistened cat food. So, sorry about my absence. I really do have you guys in my thoughts all the time. My ipad is broken, and it's really hard to do stuff on my computer. I've been trying to get updated on all the things that have been going on, but things move so quickly.

Been seeing bugs in my bed the last week or so. But when I look for them they aren't there. Drives me up a wall and its creeping me out. All the bugs outside are gone its too cold now. I think I prefer my shadow people to bugs in my bed. Yuck-o.

I hear voices most the time unless I am distracted. That's a bit misleading in some ways though because I actually find it quite easy to get distracted from my voices. They aren't that loud or troublesome but they are there...

I thought about doing that in the past, more so when my GAD was playing up which had a significant amount of health anxiety...

Still, I'd be quite interested to do a FOI request to the psychiatric hospital where I go outpatient for my p-doc appointments. I'm not sure I'd really learn all that much though, I think my p-doc is pretty open with me.

It's been a long time since I've felt the need to keep a knife nearby. I've never gone outside with one but during acute periods of psychosis I've kept one by me in my flat.

It's generally not a good sign when you start thinking like that, you have to be pretty far gone to think you genuinely need a knife etc. for protection. I hope you are feeling a bit more grounded today...

You know, weight loss just comes down to one important factor. You have to be expending more calories than you are consuming. There are three ways to do that:

1) Exercise more & eat less
2) Exercise more & eat the same.
3) Exercise the same & eat less.

So as you can see, even if you are restricted to minimal exercise, you can still lose weight by cutting down on the amount of food you eat. It might be more effective to do so alongside exercise but it'll still work without.

I'd say the easiest way to do that would be to do something like cutting out snacks between meals or stopping drinking high calorie drunks like soda/milkshakes etc. It doesn't have to be a massively strict diet, just as long as it's consistent you will gradually lose weight.

Currently, I'm sort of skinny fat... overall I'm slim but I've got a bit of a belly. I mean my waist size has gone up 2.5" since I went on Risperidone. I've lost maybe 3-4lbs since I came off but I'd like to get rid of my belly!

My daily walk is helping a bit but now I'm going to cut out my afternoon snack + occasional chocolate biscuit / cheese & biscuits after dinner. Probably amounts to 200 less calories a day.

I'm sorry to hear that...

Can't you arrange another court date, or will that cost more money?
