idk what to think of my idea i proposed yesterday.

i was gonna call my group leader about the idea and see if i could get more people on board. what does everyone think of the idea?

I think it's a great idea but it's difficult to know whether people might be interested or not. I'm guessing most people are fairly private about their health problems & might not want to take part. I could be wrong though.

Perhaps if you could make an advert and get it posted somewhere where more people who might be interested could see it.

You could also do a FB campaign for it I guess to find people locally...

oh yea thats a good idea! and yea whoo! im so afraid of asking and idk how im gonna pass the idea off to my group leader. but she thinks so highly of me.

sorry, i've been in and out and i'm not sure if i'm processing the discussion right but newtus are you talking about that photography project you mentioned on mental illness? i think yyou mentioned posting it to tumblr and i know personally that tumblr has a huge community of people with mental illness who are vocal about fighting stigma and being open about their lives. i think people there might be really into it and willing to participate!!!

Someone on my Facebook feed posted what happened last night without any warning, no spoiler alert or anything. I generally don't watch it until Monday night and well... anger is not somewhere I go very often... but I was so damn angry. Why would someone post such a spoiler like that. Wankers.

yea thats what im talking about. i thought tumblr might be a good platform because of that and humans of new york has their website on tumblr.

i would register my own domain name later if this takes off. like if a lot of people want to partake in it.

MMMmy mind is all over the place today, i promised my boyfriend that i'd go back to college next semester if he would and i have no idea where to go or how to get in. i'm gonna try to worm my way out of Actual College with some online classes and studying for SATs since my high school gpa was somewhere in the ones and my 4.0 from three semesters at community college is worth about as much as an animal crossing sea bass to the university system.

plus, y'know, the whole no money thing.

Thanks! It is now feeling like it might be some sort of virus. It's been going on since last week or longer but yesterday was when I realized it's more than just the dust here. I just don't know what yet.

Oh dear God I'm totally going to the Amsterdam Dance Event next year. Just watching the highlights. David Guetta, Oliver Heldens, Tiesto, Alesso, Kilngande, Robin Schultz, all under one roof. Can you imagine how feckin' awesome that would be!!!! AND you're allowed 5 ecstasy pills per person without worrying about being caught, they'll just be taken off you if they're found. Haha I love Amsterdam so much!!! That would be such a mental night... yep... I'm going next year.

I hadn't heard that song, though the intro is from The Evil Within, a console game by Bethesda that is freaky as shite! They play that song whenever something absolutely horrible is about to happen haha

so one peer group leader called me about the idea (but not the person i wanted to talk to) and she said she would be on board with the idea but not sure if my clinic would let me ask people in the group at the clinic for their stories. like id have to contact them outside of the group. and that i should have a working product already to show to others and go about it thoughtfully. i told her i am wanting people to share their stories. i didnt tell her it was going to be on a website but i was hoping to talk to my main peer support leader about that. as i thought shed be more on board.

so this is going to be hard. i figure some people i wont have pictures for. just their stories. because some people might not want their picture taken.

she said the clinic might not want me to advertise there which is completely understandable. i didnt think they would either.

id have to goto peoples houses or apartments. id probably most likely have to do this outside of group she said.

Be careful, though, going to people's houses. It would be good if you could have another person to go with you, but I know that makes things more complicated.

i TOTALLY thought about that. i dont have anyone else to go with me though. thats the problem. but i did think that its risky.

but the peer support group leader said the clinic might have a problem with me taking down peoples stories there at the clinic. so its like what else would i do? ugh. road block. its ok.
