I take synthroid too, and yeah I've not had it called in before even though they should have and it did make a difference, ugh...

I don't like admitting it, but I have high levels of insecurity like this too... when good things happen like this to me I won't lie I freak out. I don't think you're a freak.

I'm trying my best to keep it all together. But I can't help but feel like something is trying to warn me of danger.
I get the whole not sleeping thing being scary, that's always my first sign that things aren't going so well for me also.

I totally forgot about the game, looks like it was a close one... to come that close to winning is a victory itself of sorts. Not like we realistically stood a chance...

Sorry Ireland didn't do better, I was actually expecting them to win that game. Tough luck...

Good news, I've managed to go an hour and a half between most of my cigarettes today... that's means I'll be on track for only 10 tomorrow down from 15.

Plan is, I'll stay at 10 a day for a couple of months & then hopefully find it easier to give up than when I was smoking more than twice as much.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think I've seen that before.

I've actually been to Crufts, so it makes it all the more amusing.

Thank you atypical. Good to know I'm not the only one. Have you ever tried to explain it to anyone? I can't find the right words to match the feeling

I've had no energy or motivation and there's an assignment in for tomorrow that I haven't done. I've been so stressed about it. Partly done it but will have to finish it tomorrow. This Uni year is not starting off well

I would try another AP if that is the case. Or maybe take you meds at night. I had the same problem wwhen taking 80mg of Geodon in the morning. I'd curl up in corner and just knock out at work for an hour.

Watching the Walking Dead. New episode comes on at 9 pm. But I'm really tired and I wish I could just go to sleep. I know I can probably watch it on demand tomorrow or something but I like watching it the first airing.
