I haven't been sleeping lately...
It scares me because whenever I stop sleeping I usually have episodes again and I really, really don't want to go back on Stelazine and I really don't want to have to up my meds again.

I'm trying my best to keep it all together. But I can't help but feel like something is trying to warn me of danger.

newtus,

The battery (ies) produce the power. The atomizer (also called a coil) is a heating element made of cotton and a certain gauge of wire (for resistance). Heat rises, so a vertical atomizer (coil(s)) is more efficient, and will produce better flavor and vapor production.

I think you're talking about what I call "priming" the coil. I'm going to assume you're using a sub-Ohm (less than 1 Ohm) tank. Kanger, Aspire, Horizon Tech, etc. all make good 5mL sub-Ohm clearomizer (glass or Pyrex) tanks. I use an Aspire Atlantis Mega tank (5 mL). The coil just screws into the base, BUT you do want to "prime" the coil by taking your bottle of juice and saturating all of the cotton with juice. This will prevent a "dry burn" (heating up a coil with no juice on the cotton).

Love Dylan Moran. Black books is a classic. Glad you had a good time

I'm the same when I don't sleep properly it makes things spiral fast. Can you take something to help you sleep? I take zopiclone when it happens. Keep going

Thanks hun. He was brilliant and is totally Bernard Black in real life. He walked past me and my fiancee when we where standing outside and we said hello and he just looked at us and really nervously replied hello then scurried off. He's totally not into being "famous", he's just there to make people laugh and that he did.

Yeah I've read as much myself. The one hope is what is known as brain plasticity, basically that the brain can adapt to changes over time.

Dylan Moran is a legend indeed. Black Books is an absolutely fantastic programme. I love the episode about "the little book of calm"...

Have you guys seen A Film with Me in it? It's another classic.

I've heard that too, according to a friend they saw him after a show, drunk & smoking a cigarette, went up to him but he pretty much just grunted & walked off in true Bernard Black style.

I'm not sure if it's an entirely accurate story but perhaps it is!

I love Black Books so much, my favourite episode is the one where they go on holiday. "YOU SAID WE'D NEVER TALK ABOUT CANADA"!! haha

I'd really have loved to have gotten a picture with him as we where the only ones there but when I said hello and the way he seemed so unnerved I said I'd leave it haha.

Is A Film with Me In it any good yeah? Does Dylan Moran have a big part? I might try find it and watch it this evening.

Just watching the Scots V Aus after our own upset today, not one man worth his shirt on the Ireland team today. Such a pity. Scots doing well though.

Edit: my psychologists that run the group I go to are totally Manny in the little book of calm episode haha.

I'm sorry you're feeling bad. But I think that your new level of insight should be commended, that is hard work to really look at yourself and your thoughts.

I get this feeling when it gets really bad that I need to get out somehow. Previously this is when I've hurt myself or taken an od. It's like an intense feeling of fear and frustration and pressure. My bf thinks it's a build up of stress and tension which might make sense. It makes me want to run. Maybe it's my fight or flight response kicking in and my instinct is to run. I get really agitated and bad urges.
Can anyone relate to this?
I can most definitely relate to this.

I can relate to what you're saying, I see people around my age graduating and such and it just... It's not that I'm envious either, more that I'm disappointed in myself even though I know logically that I cannot help my mental health difficulties.
