yesterday was a long and productive day. i went to best buy and whole foods and spent time driving around with my dad! i had a good day but i dont feel good about the money i spent but i know i can replenish 1/3 of it with my next check coming in.

t just called and she has to push my appointment back to saturday morning. just what i needed, more time for AM to talk me down from exposing him. :V

Psychiatrist said 2 pills of Concerta cuz 3 is too much. I have a years worth of med refills. Weird.
He said that I'm the best that he's seen me so far and that I can take extra Abilify at the end of the injection if I want. A student gave me the injection and I was like hmm meh ok. Hurt more but what ever xd My mom said I can use my next check for the new iPhone. Then she wants me to buy a tread mill cuz I'm skinny but my body would have wasted away after the years if I didn't work at 15.. |

Ugh, I got carsick earlier when I went for a trip with my parents... I've now got a pretty bad headache... just taken a paracetamol & ibuprofen, hopefully that'll help.

my sister said i could make 4x as much working than being on disability but she doesnt understand. when i take my med i cant do anything let alone work and when i dont take them i still cant do anything because i go into psychosis. i need an inbetween.
any one else face this kind of criticism where people dont understand why youre on disability?

I'm wondering if I'm hungry enough to cook a frozen pizza tonight. It's pretty large. I know I can refrigerate the left overs but... I don't know. I've been eating a ton of junk food all week.

I'm lucky I'm not in jail or the hospital right now after the last two days.

I give up. I went from med to med and crazy to sociopath over and over. I can only be 80% of what I use to be, if that even. I hate mood stabilizers because it stole my favorite emotion that I use to have. that moment where you actually feel the music, poem, art, beauty...
This is the best it gets. |
