At least I'm set up for my homework took a few hours with the Concerta, coffee. Haven't smoked yesterday and this morning it was strong.. Would be nice to smoke inside but that's nasty.

i feel too depressed to study and i have a test due today. ive felt this way for months. idk what to do. this was a bad time to do school. idk whats making me so depressed. i think part of it is school.

Maybe it's the season? Last year at this time I was getting really depressed after daylight saving time.

How does that affect your financial aid? Will you have to pay it back?

so far i only had to pay 1 class back. that was 80 something dollars.

i just feel so bad. idk whats wronf with me. but school is such a stressor. im not safe i feel like with myself. after what i did to the chickens with that weapon. i couldve easily turned it on myself. i cant stop taking copious amounts of my prescription meds. or stop drinking. but i cant be in hospital. i cant afford it and my parents would freak out. plus its a prison. i wish you guys could see the conditions in there. its questionable and horrible.

i feel like im on a nonstop path to doom. i feel like i wont make it to 30 yrs old.

That's not true. Everyday of your life, you succeed in living with sz. You continue the fight or challenge everyday. You do really well just by surviving and not succumbing.
