gonna find a place with a girl...one of Ts clients . she is also in our therapy group. she is really chill...she has 3 jobs and an art studio. i will be in the same town as T and his center. he said i can hang out there more. he is super excited. i trust him to know that this girl and i will get along well. shes really nice... so i am ok with it. i didnt expect this but i am going to go forward with it. my T is most happy about me not being so isolated. we agree that my isolation exacerbates my symptoms. he was never really happy about me living alone. also the town is so much safer than where i am now. i am excited about it but also nervous. a lot of things are changing. everyone says its good...so i hope it truly is.

i got a bill from an urgent care clinic i went to last month and apparently my premium is so tapped out i have to pay $250 for seeing a doctor for 2 minutes and peeing in a cup. just reminded me that once my three last complimentary sessions with my t run out i'm not gonna be able to afford him until january. then it also reminded me that i'm only keeping this **** job to GET that insurance, so i can afford to get to a doctor when it runs my body into the ground and i can see a therapist when my crippling anxiety breaks into full-on psychosis, when it actually doesn't actually pay for anything and cuts you off after $1000 of coverage. so i'll only get maybe 10 more sessions with him next year without paying out of pocket. my last therapist was almost $400 a session before insurance. these companies are ***** criminal and i'm gonna die.

at least i have a bottle of wine. you go, bottle of wine.

someone from high school found my instagram and it says i have schizophrenia on it. sucks. oh well.

i couldn't get the wine open then i managed to mess up making powdered hot chocolate. :^)

If the prospect of future treatments looks good, maybe it won't matter.

One of my high school friends literally said this after knowing that i have schizophrenia "I thought you were smart, turned out you are just insane". But that is ok, I tolerate her ignorance because I do understand her stupidity.
