Blue bird I watch yoga through Amazon. I video stream it. No DVD or class needed. A couple props are needed but since I'm such a beginner I'm in no hurry to get it.
Hope it works out for you!

That sounds like fun but yeah if your dad is going to be around you don't want to waste the time you'll have with him.

yea. so i canceled. my dad goes back to work on the 20th. so i made an appt to see the fill in therapist on the 21st. i made if very clear to them i wanted my appt to NOT be canceled and to have a medicare doctor in the building.

the only thing they could assure me was that there was a nurse practitioner going to be there on that day that just got into medicare.

i have this hinting feeling itll be canceled again but at least i made it clear to them what i needed and if they cancel again i can bring it up.

I was toast this morning. Slept for a fairly long time then took the Concerta at 8:30am and 2 hours later I'm fine. I missed school but I'll go now and get some work done.

It's very very bad without it. Idk if anyone else has that problem especially that combined with the withdrawal, just toast. Now I feel normal.

I don't mind going without it. I would just sleep but everyone else would have a problem lol.

Awesome, a UK channel has got rights to the new series of The X-Files... will be coming early February, probably a week or two behind the US.

Gogogo! Still time if you don't sleep...

I'm probably around the same place in my second run through.

That's not counting the episodes I saw when I was little mind, no idea how much of it I saw then.

Today was my 4th day of walking. It hurt more today for some reason, it really was hard on my ankles. I got stopped by mormons, I don't mind them but I really didn't feel like talking to them. I have always believed in God and considered myself Christian, but I just I recently started reading the bible. (a year long program) Maybe it's a sign who knows lol

Are you wearing a decent pair of shoes/trainers? If not, that might be what is causing you to get sore ankles...

Well done for getting yourself in a routine with the walking though!

I haven't done as much walking since I went away for Christmas. Mostly because of the crappy weather. Was hoping to walk soon but even more rain is forecast...

Finished work for the day. Just in time to help with homework and get dinner started. No rest for the wicked.

My mom took my bank card because she NEEDED 1000 dollars to pay bills. She buys what ever she wants and got denied one of her credit cards, going on holidays with my step dad and buying expensive things with child support. My dad said he would pay 1000 for a last months child support for January so if he paid and she didn't tell me, I'm going to report her. That's unacceptable to take advantage of me, lie as financial administrator and leach off of my disability like that :/

In that case I'm sure your ankles will strengthen quite quickly. Just be sure to take a day or two off if they keep hurting.

Is it icy where you are? Walking a little differently due to ice can cause this too but it will go away after a couple of days.

Tired and sore today. Was in a car accident a couple of days ago. Thought I was okay but I'm really feeling it today.
