maybe this is why im having trouble in school and not liking it right now...

Depression can last for years. I've been on an AD for 8 years and I still struggle with it. I'm on Effexor and I feel a bit better than I did without it. IMO depression doesn't just go away.

i guess im under the impression that it can just go away for me. for about 6 months i felt a strong depression but the past few months its been not as strong. thats why i dont know if its negative symptoms OR depression. because sometimes i dont feel depressed i just feel unmotivated and tired.

in this case it could be still a depression considering i was in it strong for 6 months.

I hope that's the case and it will just go away.

I'm a mess today. My head is loud and I have thought of nothing but self injuring.

Thank you. I googled illegal eviction earlier and that's what my landlord and his "team" have been doing. I'm scared and I'll have to get out of here asap before he locks me out. I'm not sure where to go. I'm overwhelmed with the enormity of the job. :/ Thank you both for thinking of me.

Has anyone tried Sarcosine for negative symptoms?

I'm thinking about trying it, but I'd love some feedback before I possibly waste my money on something that doesn't work (or harms me).

Thanks.

There's a derivative that works 4 times better as a nootropic but you have to buy it online I think. I think it's a waste of money but I'm still doing research on nootropics. Unless it's cheap, it would be worth it.

feeling ok today. no voices today as of right now. freaked my T out last night . he thought i was texting him some vague suicide note but i really meant i was going to sleep. i told him i ttook a bunch of seroquel but it was poor word choice bc i meant i wanted to sleep not OD. but he thought i was ODing. he called me right after i sent it and i said hello? and he said HOW MANY DID U TAKE?? i was like omg im so sorry i didnt mean it like that i didnt mean to scare you... i feel really bad about that. but he said it was ok. he told me to let him know in the morning how i was, so i did..i told him the voices arent talking , he said yay and to keep taking my PRNs. but i still feel really bad about scaring him..

I'm not going to buy it (or anything else) before I clear it with my psychiatrist.
