I feel really sick from the bug spray.. They keep spraying it outside my rooms. I get so sick from it, my lungs already have COPD, and I get a horrible feeling in my head from the fumes.

They're doing it a few times per 24 hour periods.

Went to see t it didn't go well. First there was a man watching me through his phone trying to read my thoughts. I tricked him by singing my abcs over and over in my mind. T said I seemed stressed so I told her about the man and the first thing she asked was if I took my meds and had I seen pnp recently *sigh*.
Possible trigger:
. I feel like hell the voices are overwhelming me today. I have training in an hour so I'm going to take a prn.

I wish they'd stop doing that already

They said right now it sounds like harassment because the locks haven't been changed yet, nor the door removed, so I should call legal aid. :/

I'm sure I'll be hearing from my pnp now because my t probably told her. I knew I shouldn't have said anything. Then again maybe she could read my thoughts too. She said I appeared to be in deep thought.

She probably didn't read your thoughts. Maybe you need your meds tweaked? It might be OK (or better) if she tells the PNP. You're really doing pretty well, I don't think hospital would be their first thought.

I hope you're right. I can't go to the hospital, my husband is already spread thin taking care of fil. The last thing he needs is to deal with me getting hospitalized. Taking care of the kids and the animals. Ugh too much.
Thank you.

I don't think they'll suggest the hospital. Why not put some music on that you like, and try to relax.

I have training in 30 minutes so I'm trying to relax before that. I just took a prn so hopefully that will help.

Yes, I hope so. I have to call legal aid at 1. He just did more bug spray and I feel like throwing up but I took my meds at noon and don't want to lose them.

My psychiatrist wanted the Prozac to stay at 60mg but I hate to take this for too many years so we agreed on 40mg. He said it would take 3 months for it to be completely out of my system.
Thanks for this!

Today has been a bit less horrible than other ones, no voices for the beginning of my day, went on a jog right as I started hearing them, still there though.

Risperdal stops my delusions from fully forming but does almost nothing about my hallucinations, might want to ask to get on Geodon. My uncles been symptom free for a good while now on a decent dose of Geodon.

Finished my training. Hopefully this will get me more hours. Working an hour a week isn't paying the bills lol.
I'm feeling better now that I've had time to calm down.
