i went to see my therapist today. i just talked to her about school. she thinks i should possibly retake biology but take anthropology and geology first as they could be easier.

science is so hard.
i contacted my professor about this biology class but havent heard back yet. getting an F or D will really hurt my grade and its too late to drop out of the class. theres 1 more week of class left.

Anthropology is fun, but it won't help you pass bio....I think you might do better with an in person lab than the online one you took, it seemed difficult. Also a lot of science classes get graded on a curve so you might pass even.

Sometimes I have not wanted counseling, too, and then tried to find other ways to solve problems. And counseling is not the only way for everyone. They say life is a great teacher, too. You may be able to find help by posting here, going to the library and finding books on how to relieve depression and how to forgive yourself. We all make mistakes in life. There isn't anyone who hasn't. You said you are unhappy in many ways with your relationship and that is an issue you might also want to focus on to try and alleviate the depression. There are books on improving relationships if you are interested. Of course, there is also marriage counseling. You might want to just keep the idea "on the back burner" and give it some thought sometime if other things don't seem to help enough.

If your depression is interfering badly with your life, too, you might want to tell your doctor about it. Sometimes antidepressants can help a lot. They are not for everybody either but they help a lot of people when they can't pull out of that pit.

I'm sorry you're having such a rough go of it and hope I've been of some sort of help. Remember your're not alone and not the only one who's done that. Been there, too. There's lots of helpful, caring, nonjudgemental, knowledgeable people here who are willing to "listen" and share there thoughts. Hope you'll hang around.

i still might pass even with a 59 average??? i dont feel so sure about that.

It's possible but maybe not likely, I'm not sure how the online courses are graded but I've seen 70th percentiles be A's before like in organic chem and analytic chem and stuff but those were in person classes.

My sister is in pain right now going through labor. Im so worried about her. I prayed with my mom on the phone.

Thank you guys for your continued support. Im just so worried. I heard my sister through the phone crying and in pain. Shes doing a natural birth with no pain meds.

Hi folks, I've really missed you all and I feel like I say that all the time, then disappear again. Things have been hard to keep up with at that moment. This past week I've spent a great deal of time at the hospital, visiting my aunt. We've been taking my uncle since he isn't supposed to drive, and back. She finally got transferred to an inpatient rehab facility yesterday. She's doing a lot better, but has far to go. It's been tough to be a go between between folks, to make sure she doesn't get stressed out.

Work's have been busy, especially the restaurant. It's been extra packed due to some menu modifications. Luckily, no injuries, or major ones at least to report. I felt really happy last night at having the opportunity to make a birthday cookie pie for a coworker. It was well received also, which made my night.

With my mother in law coming in today to help out with her sisters needs, we were doing a major clean yesterday and I got to do some just dances that I was using as background playlist. Had so much fun with that. Too much actually.

I haven't been able to update on all the pages I've missed yet. I miss you guys so much, you have no idea.

i took another nap and woke up to my mom calling me saying my sisters water broke while she was in another city far away from home. like 5 hours away from home. she doesnt have any insurance.

her baby is 4 weeks early

.Have been taking walks everyday. Plus I'm gonna start going to the gym with my brother in law. I also have some work out DVDs and yoga stuff. That combined with eating healthier should really make a difference in my weight
