No...my temperature is normally 97 something also----the range for normal is about a degree on either side and of 98 and doing something like drinking water or being in a cold environment can temporarily change your temp. You really only take your temp looking for the highs.

97.5 is still considered normal. 96 is low but everyone has a different baseline temp. A low temp doesn't usually mean your sick

I just got a call from the doctors and apparently I don't have a uti even though they said I did---they want me to stop the antibiotic. It's kind of scary because I don't want the pain to come back. Now I don't know what's wrong.

They couldn't tell you what it is? I'm sorry. I hope the pain doesn't come back.

No it was just diagnosed as flank pain and they thought the uti came back but now I'm wondering if I ever even had a uti in the first place. In any case the first anitbiotic I took should have cured it since there aren't any resistant strains to macrobid. It's weird---I mean I feel fine now but I hope it doesn't come back.

I just dropped my son off at the library to meet up with his teacher and class mates. I have such high anxiety over letting him go. I guess he's growing up and I need to get used to it.

Doing Bad in uni ):

One illness triggered another then it escalated. I'm really depressed and can't seem to to be cognitive. I don't want to quit this semester. Has anyone found anything to help with cognition? I'm open to almost any ideas.

There really isn't any help guides or meds to help improve cognition in schizophrenia/schizophrenic illness that I've found, but I read that repetition helps so I'm just going to study even more and hope that the material sticks and common sense comes back.

I noticed a few days ago u mentioned a relapse into your eating disorder. When my ed was severe I had trouble with cognition too. Not Eating food really does affect that

I actually found that brain age and lumosity helped me but one of the things I noticed is it helped with motivation, doing something kind of fun for five minutes tended to help me start on other harder tasks.
