Had a cigarette. I shouldn't have but my nerves are at breaking point. Just the sound of them makes my stomach turn. I hope evil people get their due. All I see here, at pc, are people who are sensitive and literate. A far, far cry from what's in my "home" environment.

I think I'm getting sick. I still have a screaming headache and vicious stomach cramps. . Not what I needed.

i think i need my glasses with me upping the haldol to 10mg for a bit idk. my eyes hurt and i have a headache

For you guys with the stomach upset keep in mind that washing your hands is the best way to avoid spreading or getting that one----some of the viruses that cause that are not killed by hand sanitizer.
