I know right---my T just let me know she's pregnant but has been showing for months, I wasn't sure if I should say something though because we don't talk about her. Actually I kind of like it this way because it makes me less confused emotionally, I don't really get transference etc.

You're right! I use to get curious now it's all about me..like it should be. It would get in the way if he would disclose more about himself. What's weird though it's he's my peer...he may be 2 or 3 years older.

Yeah mine is a few years younger---in any other case we could be friends....

My T/Pdoc was all business at first. But I think I am quite persuasive

yes... ive given him gifts for his bday and hes given me stuff for mine. but ive known him for almost 6 yrs. so maybe thats why? hes pretty open about his life and stuff

I don't think its wrong at all. I think I personally prefer a less personal relationship-------like my old pdoc I absolutely loved but I had a crush on him too----he was an amazing guy and helped me through a horrible time and was probably the best person for it but now that I have more friends etc I don't need that kind of support as much from a T. I think the transference helps you acquire what you need in life outside the T's office though so it's helpful for a time in letting you know that there is something else that you need.

I think it's fine. I've read on this site quite a few people are close to their Ts. My old T gave me her cell number so I could call her if I ever needed anything, but she now has her own specialty so I had to get a new T who is eh. He's kind of timid which I don't really like, but it took me a month to get a new T so I can't complain.

My therapist sucks. It's all about her. I don't know why she doesn't pay me!

my therapist now is sorta my peer. shes 28. im 25. shes not that experienced but i can tell she tries to really help.

i feel better after this morning but night time is when things seem to go wrong. i still feel plagued by demons right now.

my T is 10 years older than me...he is 39

which is kinda weird cuz sometimes i wish he was my dad but hes not old enough ..

i asked my biology professor if i could raise my grade to passing by sunday. all she said was "Be finished by sunday at 11:00pm"

I'm so old compared to all of you *sigh*

same! ive attempted sui 3 times. once at 13 then 15 then 21.

im not sure. she just said be finished with all the assignments before the end of the class. which explains nothing. no extra credit. nothing.

im about to give up and not finish any assignments at all.
