I'm also going to apply to a mental health job. But I applied to a general health job as there are pros and cons to working in mental health when you have issues yourself.

The agitation is the reason why my inpatient psychiatrist told me to tell my new psychiatrist to prescribe Olanzapine but what's the point of even asking for help anymore when I have to try so damn hard to get help there's no point anymore.

Possible trigger:

I'm going to the bank, withdraw money and find something to calm me down

I'm taking my meds. I'm not stopping them. I've been helped.

I'm at the clinic again. They're (neighbors and janitor) setting up tonight's play. Will anyone tell me it's nothing I haven't already been through?

wow justme way to get stuck in! you might find that you really like it, alot of people do. its also easier to drop hours than to pick them up if you find full time is too much for you.
Thanks for this!

I'm so happy. I get to be with family, have a place to stay until I get an apartment in May.

I live in a place where civilization exists unlike the backwoods town in Kentucky I lived in.

My moods are stable, I'm adjusting more to the routine around here.

I'm losing weight, learning better eating habits. Getting active.

Doing things I enjoy like reading. Learning Italian and Japanese , playing my violin

I have my cats here with me

Going to start going to church this week.

Things are really good.

I am do behind. My boss called with stuff for me to do and I took a nap after. Started doing the work and it was just about time to get my kids. Now I'm at the orthodontist with my son. When I get home I have to cook dinner and then try to catch up on work. I suck at prioritizing.
