If you know where she is, you can request that the police make a wellness check with her.

You mean you need the inpatient, or the iop program?

Where I am, I think the only way to get in the iop is via the IP. I don't know if you can get it without that. :/

Yeah true, but when it's hurting that person and holding them back in life, well then it's not healthy. Who's to say it was though, some people just like spending every waking moment on the internet. I spend a lot, a LOT of my spare time on the internet. But it's usually only when I'm alone and not required to socialize.

ETA: She said it was because of you. So do you go around sex shaming people in real life? Or only online?

I don't leave for extended periods of time and secretly check the forums all the time and the sporadically return every now and then to see if people missed me. Some people do that as an attention seeking exercise, it's hilarious! Some people also used to post suicide threats and then disappear for a few days so some people would worry. But they'd be checking in secretly to see what people were saying. It's a sad reality. Not naming any names, it's just an observation.

Yeah I totally do, if people are up front talking about having a good ride in front of me, I'm like... yeah I don't need to know that. Unless it's a close friend. But this is the internet, a support forum for mental illness. I was suspended for posting about Irish History, that was inappropriate.

Technically anything that isn't offering or giving support for mental health issues is not tolerated in this forum. Mods rules, not mine.

I did something stupid.

Possible trigger:

I'm highly stressed and I let my brother in-law set me off.

This is the first time in a very long time, so I don''t think I need to tell my clinician about it.

Tomorrow will be a brand new day. Everyone focuses on the times you succumb, and not on all the time you didn't!
