Ahhh! Full of food. Had a delicious chicken burger with onion rings & fries. (to be precise... Rodeo Chicken Burger: Chicken breast, smoked streaky bacon, onion rings, BBQ sauce, smoked cheddar, field mushrooms, mixed leaves, tomato and mayo) Also tried a Japanese beer... Asahi. Then afterwards a decaf cappuccino & brownie.

I think I've had enough food for the day now.

I was on the oral tablets of Risperidone (i.e. Risperidal) at a low dose & I gained 20lbs. It was however the most effective medication I've been on although I had the usual slight loss of motivation & was sleeping 12 hours a night.

Good morning =]

Took my meds and 20 minutes later I went from zombie to brushing my teeth and stuff.. Out of all the outrageous stimulants I've tried, Concerta is the only thing that allows me to..

I'm going to clean and take pictures of my quad bike and sell it for a few k =]

So sunny here.

Hypnogogic hallucinations stopped after the stimulant kicked in which makes a lot of sense.

I gained loads of weight on risperdal and it worked pretty good symptom wise but I had to stop it because my prolactin levels were too high. I had to ask to have my blood tested, nobody told me of this possible side effect. It was actually through people posting on psych central that I got my blood tested.

Man oh man.. sorry to hear that, I wish there were a better way to combat these illnesses. you know.. like without the side effects and zombie effect. It poses the question of if/when i have children and they too are affected by severe mental illness will there be better medicine that will not be so off-putting.. .in the future?

Just off the phone with my old best-friend... basically we just lost touch to a large extent when my psychosis came back the second time since he's busy with work & a family now & I just didn't have the motivation to chase him up.

Amazing how we just got back into casual conversation for an hour after not talking on the phone for 2 years. We had texted sporadically over the past 2 years but that was about it.

So yeah, had a good chat. Good day overall.

There are ways to counteract the prolactin increase. Invega is the only med that has worked for me and I had the same side effect, but I take metformin and my prolactin levels are normal again

My groceries came around 5:30pm and to my shock and surprise (yeah, right) at least 80% of the edible stuff was/is binge food. I don't have bulimia though so if I eat it, it's all going into new fat cells. :/ Oh my.

I think my T is taking his yearly trip to the Rockies next week. Last yr my grandma died while he was gone. And I always get obsessed with thinking he's dead. Meh

Just hoping for a poll, maybe, or good sense.

Someone's birthday is fast approaching and I want to give them something they really would love. It's between 3 blackberries. (This person is a complete fanboy lol)

[He has only finally recently started to play with the z10 I gave him two years ago. And he said he loves it.]

The Z30 (larger screen and better battery)

The Leap (better battery and more radio bands)

The passport (large screen, and hardware keyboard, still pretty expensive but I don't care)

Recently, my friend let on that he loves the z10 I got him for Christmas two years ago.

I don't know whether he'd rather have that hardware keyboard because he's only just learning to love a full touch screen and softkeyboard.

If you were my best and wonderful in-real-life friend, how might you tip me off on which I should get? The passport has rave reviews, but because people have trouble saying goodbye to the full hardware keyboard? But my friend only recently started enjoying the z10, apparently. The passport might also have better radio bands which can make a real difference if you need to use your phone as an internet client on LTE. But the Leap.also has better radio bands I think. Otherwise there's very little difference between the z30, z10, and Leap. Except for battery time, radios, other non essential (to me) stuff (except for battery. That's a deal maker or breaker.)

I just maybe need to see what he says about a hardware keyboard. I wonder, maybe there's a normal sounding way to ask about it.

It's great!

I feel bad for all the people who lost out somehow, but I despair at the division & pure ignorance of people on social media towards 52% of the nation.

David Cameron was right saying we need to come together now. (#BorisJohnson4NextPM #Kidding)
