so last night got a text from my ex who broke up with me saying he wanted to kill himself. he posted it all over facebook. now im super worried about him. havent heard from him today.

Do you know where he lives? If so I'd call the police and send them to his house. Good luck.

Because the voices were telling me to kill my dad and I was prepared to do it. He flipped at me, but then took it back saying I care for my fiance so I may not be a psychopath. I read in my notes that I have antisocial (sociopathic) traits and apparently some doctors think sociopathy and psychopathy are the same thing.

Empathy is a funny thing, I don't have much of it, if any. I simulate it though, just because it is what is acceptable socially. I didn't have an abusive childhood, I don't fit the environmental criteria for developing the 'disorder', it's also incredibly rare in females.

Thank you, but i'm too afraid to make that phone call, sorry to say. It took everything I had to call those two places. If I can't get out of here, I don't know what to do. I can only in good conscience ask my friend to take a day off to take me somewhere once a month, so.... I don't know when I'll ever be able to get there again. Meanwhile I have all these different providers for various medical complaints. :/

I feel like taking a cogentin (half of what I use for sleep) and a Vistaril just to try to bring the anxiety down a little bit without falling asleep. I know that then I'll be risking falling asleep but I'm petrified and miserable from all this dysphoria.

ETA oops, I meant half of a tizanidine and a cogentin and a visteral. Well here goes nothing.

i talked to my peer support specialist this morning and she called him and he didnt answer and then called one of his relatives and they said hes prob just at work. which really pisses me off why anyone would want to do that to me, to scare me into thinking they are gonna kill themselves. on top of that having broke up with me and left me to fending for myself. cant talk to him but yet he wants to pull me into his own crap and says he wants to kill himself when hes just at work. wow!

The pills I took do have me wanting to nap now. I'm still anxious but mostly I just want to drift off to a dream.

That would make me want to nap too.
I'm having a decent day. Brought my daughter to the orthodontist and thankfully she won't need braces for at least another year. That will be great because my son is due to get his off in 6 months to a year. I can't afford 2 in braces.

The UPS driver said he was by here at 3pm. But I've been waiting and I guess the idiot didn't have the key.

They were going to bring it to an "access point" - which is a new and disgusting thing.

So I called up and told them I can't get out of my apartment, nor do I want to spend cab fare to pick it up at the "access point".

She said they'll try to deliver tomorrow. I'm just disgusted with them.

Painful?

Looks like I'll just let them mail them from now on. That way if I order food the driver at the restaurant can bring up my mail too.

Seems to be a much better idea than counting on UPS and their new "access points". Get effed, UPS!

They called back. The driver is now supposed to come by at 5:40pm I think. For another delivery attempt.

Miraculously, now that I'm not as spaced out, the pill combination is helping with the anxiety. I really do hope I get my package.

I'm afraid to raise the screen in the window to toss out the key (to the entryway downstairs) because bugs can get in. I just hope none of the people I've given keys to are serial killers, etc.

I think this is when the ups driver should be back. I hope I haven't missed him again. Unless your eyes are peeled at the exact moment, it can all be lost.

I got my package! I forgot to ask for the key back, but I still have some spares. Anyway, now I'm afraid of buying things shipped via UPS. Or have anything I need delivered at my friend's, although that's a lot of time passing between when he gets it and when he brings it to me.

I ship though xpresspost. Idk if that's in America but I shipped a many drugs across the sky with it.

Except the Modafinil I bought from India with Royal Post from the UK.
