I'm just gonna stay on my new paxil dose. I figure the benefits will outweigh the negatives (even though this sucks) sometimes it takes awhile to adjust to a new dose

I hope your back feels better soon

If it's muscle spasms, massage/foam rolling and/or yoga helps me. It stretches out the tight muscles and turns off the pain gates for a while. I get sciatica if I don't stretch out my back often enough, but rolling a tennis ball between the floor and the piriformis muscle (in the butt) really helps it go away.

Almost every med I've ever taken gives me nausea when I start and when I increase the dose for a few weeks. Eventually it goes away. I use ginger biscuits to help me eat proper food because I tried nausea meds in the beginning and they didn't help.

Hopefully it won't last long

I've had such a productive evening! Something my Mum said today was the key in cutting through the confusion I've been feeling so I could figure out what it all means. I followed the butterfly like he wanted me to do, and any other word that drew me towards it for some reason, and now everything all makes sense and I've figured out what I'm supposed to do

I'm so pleased because lately the confusion has been upsetting.

I'm glad you feel less confused. Can I ask what you're supposed to do?
I miss that feeling. The feeling when it all makes sense, it's like an epiphany.
Thanks for this!

Back problems can be so painful. I have degenerative disc and it's so painful. I never did try a shot for that.

Ouch. I've heard good things about the shots but here you have to go to the pain clinic first. I don't need pain killers I need a new back lol

Lol, me too! I wouldn't say no to the pills though. But I'd rather have a new back too.

Today was a good day. My poor son blew 2 tubes on his bike going to a friends. My husband went to help but I don't know why. All he had to do is throw the bike in his truck and drop my son off and I'll pick him up in the morning. No big deal. Men *shakes head*

Hung out with the bf. We had coffee at starbucks. Then came back to my place. We discussed moving in but hes torn between his family and me and what he wants to do. Thisll be a long 6 months or so. Im sure there will be breakups in between.

Thats all i did today.

Yes, pareidolia. I sometimes hear whispering in fans and things like that. But what I get the most is images of faces EVERYWHERE; people, animals, demons, all sorts of faces you can imagine. They can be in anything, but mostly it's the grain of wood. Everyone makes a big fuss about it, like they're actual visual hallucinations, but I keep telling them that it's perfectly normal and that human brains are programmed to find faces.

I hope it's not distressing you The faces often upset me because they stare so much and feel malevolent, so I've covered up the ones in my room with paper. Unfortunately, there's wood grain everywhere in here! :/

Any of the US members doing anything for the 4th? We are just going back to the club for another cook out and some family fun. Then we are going out to the fireworks. Pretty excited to see them.

I miss my life

I want to leave this psych ward and never come back. Even if I was in psychosis I'd still not want to come back.

My life I mean before I got schizophrenia.

But I'm doing good anyways. Less anxiety on the Lexapro.

Just tired as hell had to sleep during the day for 3-4 days in a row now. I'm going to be so exhausted because I'll be busy with groups tomorrow and I wont have time to sleep.
