I'm thinking I'm just going to try using mediation and relaxation skills to sleep at night. Thats one less med and its natural sleep. I dont want to take things like ambient or stuff like that again. And the non habit forming ones like trazadone and remerom dont really help. I think I can manage this, and if I really need something to relax I'll just take some of my inderal. Soon I'll just be on Invega Sustenna, Trileptal, Paxil, wellbutrin and inderal as needed. Then I'll keep it that way

I'm just cleaning today. I'm trying to stay on top of it, it's really difficult for me. My sister doesn't understand why because it's just a studio apartment but I have trouble keeping it in shape. I'm trying though.

Don't really have anything going on till Sunday. Going grocery shopping then. Just going to relax after I clean. Read, play my games. I love Animal Crossing, it's so much fun! Anybody else here play Nintendo games?

How about hydroxyzine? Or plain old Benadryl.

I'm pretty excited that I don't have to see my pnp until the end of August. I'm feeling good and my kids are home. I'm a little afraid of when they go back but I'm not going to worry about it until it happens.
How is everyone else feeling???

Thanks valley. I hope it's a blip too. No I haven't, I was going to call my cpn but I'm going to be discharged from services soon so I feel like I need to learn to handle things on my own. I've taken a couple of prns so hopefully that helps
Thanks for this!

Tramadol is prescribed for bingeing sometimes. It does have crazy side effects tho

I only see my NP when I'm in a crisis that I think is med related. I don't know why though because she is often of no help whatsoever lol. She told me to take a nap once. To calm down.

You don't like Trazodone? I had one the other night and it made me even drowsier in the morning. And the coffee here is very weak.

All right all you young smokers, last night the smoker with one of the worst coughs died. He had a heart attack. Don't wreck your bodies with poisonous analogue cigarettes. Switch to vaping if you're not ready to quit smoking. I'm sort of shocked and I feel very sorry for him.

The poor man had started using a wheelchair the past few days. He was in my smoking group. He had a few screws loose. But when I thought of him dying I just assumed he'd live more years.

I think it's a mix of Baby and Toby but DNA knows. Maybe she'll tell us.

They are thinking of putting me on a community treatment order. I don't want one. It sounds ok but I still don't want one.
