Last time i smoked i didnt feel anything. Wasnt scared. Didnt have any anxiety. I think being scared isnt as bad as smoking it while having anxiety. Good thing about alcohol was it always calmed me down.

No. I dont think NA is for me. I was only drinking alcohol. I smoke sometimes but like the last time i did was a year ago and before that it had been 4 years. Im more suited for either AA or maybe my clinics general 12 step program.

I've wanted to start collecting something for a long time, and I've found an inexpensive option for some cute stuff. Cracker Jack prizes! Comes in every box, some are baseball related like the one I got today The cracker jacks are a treat and the prize is a surprise in every box

My abdomen has been hurting all day today. And now my throat feels like closing up. I think my throat thing is due to anxiety about my abdomen

I've been off my mood stabilizer for over a week and I have not noticed a single difference. This is so strange. I gained a little weight on it. I started to have anhedonia. I frequently pee after I take a sip of anything. I expected depression to hit me pretty hard. This is very weird.

My boss had me work an 11 hour day today. This is the new normal I guess. 9am until 8pm.

Podcasts. Can you guys give me pod cast suggestions for work? I've been listening to Deathsquad's Kill Tony comedy and it's the best one I've come across. Hardcore History is now on my list. I just discovered Philosophy now. NPR's All Songs Considered is great. BBC's In Our Time is great for learning about high culture.

I'm looking to discover more cool new music in a podcast but whatever is clever. I have 11 hours to listen to podcasts so I'd be a fool not to experiment.

Feel better just very out of it. Must be the Lexapro. I took an olanzepine to see if it would help but I think a good sleep will help. I'll have to wait and see.
Thanks for this!

I listen to Philosophize This with host Stephen West. Hes got a dry humor to the podcast. I like it a lot. Plus he seems pretty smart about the topic but also gives a bit of his own opinions. Give it a listen.
