So my insurance changed. We now have a $100 deductible on prescriptions. My scripts are going to cost me $250 this month. Doesn't seem right.

How about becoming a listener for seven cups?

You get to talk to people and use your phone too....win win.....I'm sure there are people who would like to talk to someone who has had the same struggles.....

My Abilify cost me $145 yesterday....I just payed my deductible in February but the fiscal year ended at my job so my benefits started over this month...that means I'll be paying for the next pdoc appointment out of pocket too....such lovely insurance, at least I have insurance.

Ugh. I know I shouldn't complain since I do have insurance but it seems like they are really taking advantage of us. We already pay for insurance. That should be enough.

I had an interesting moment Sunday. I was near the end of my game and I felt goosebumps momentarily. It was totally involuntary. I can't make it happen again. This probably would have happened even on Lamictal. On special occasion it happened while on meds before. So my raw emotions are lurking around shrouded somewhere underneath the surface somewhere. What are they hiding under now?

I was driving home and when I accelerated from a red light my suspension went poop. How does a car suspension break when accelerating? lol I didn't squeal the tire at all, it was just a normal stop and go. No big deal though. I'm taking it to the dealership near my work. The check engine light is on also and the regular mechanic didn't want to touch it so I had to anyway. Please be under a grand to fix both. This makes me laugh becauser I have a Mitsubishi Eclipse and the old commercial had a woman dirving it while the music played "Just breathe". Now I know what they meant! lol Just breathe trip. Just breathe. By the way, that's a stupid lyric. Does the rest of the album have song titled just eat and just pee also?

I hope they pop to the surface soon. In the best of ways.

I stayed up late listening to a free psychology lecture. Kept my mind occupied and stopped it from racing until I fell asleep.

Was up bright and early to see my friend today who came back for her graduation. Had a nice chat, I miss seeing her every week.
Been for a coffee on my own and had a look round the shops. Bought a couple of nice things.
Boyfriend is home in a couple of hours then we're guna hit the gym. Might go for a walk.
Today feels like a good day. Better than I've had in a while.

Morning/Afternoon!

Quiet day for me, just watching the tennis again. Nice to watch but I have a lot that needs done in my flat... guess that can wait until next week when the tennis has finished.

I miss these moments often too. For me it's the hairs standing up on the back of my neck when listening to music.... rarely happens these days. I just seem to have a lower range of emotions in general.

I do remember when my psychosis cleared the first time they all came back so I think as you say, they are still there... but just hiding. Let's hope we both get them back.
