I doubt they'd give me a benzo or anything that really works, but I haven't told them. Maybe I should. Thank you.

I'm feeling awful lately. The social anxiety is really getting to me. I wish I could hide somewhere.

It couldn't hurt to ask for something. There is no reason you should suffer.

Well that's bizarre. I needed a refill on lamictal so I had the pharmacy fax it over to my pnp and someone filled it. Not sure who but someone did. Makes me want to call for the Ativan. I'll be breaking into my last full months supply any time now.

Not terrible, considering I'm locked up, but I've been removing myself from the in crowd and just feel over exposed in that direction. Of course I had to end locked up. Worst fear, etc, etc.

Hello everyone,

I saw my new therapist today. He asked a lot of questions about my voices I hear and the paranoia I experience. Then he showed me a bunch of stuff about people living fulfilling lives and experiencing psychosis at the same time. He then talked about a few different therapy types I could pursue.

I then picked what I thought fit my life best. Which is where we are going to learn to understand the triggers of my voices and learn to accept them as part of my life. He also taught some breathing exercises and wants me to practice mindfulness.

So for homework, I was given a chart to fill out when I hear voices and what is going on. It was all a bit overwhelming honestly my last T wasn't this involved. He is also going to work very closely with my pdoc which is nice once again old T did not if anything worked against. I am happy for this and scared and anxious all at once now.

While scary, it sounds like this has a lot of potential to help you! I'm glad for you.

So good news...I have gone two days so far without hallucinations (at least that *I* am aware of) So perhaps the Zyprexa really is helping.

I feel like everything is amazing right now. I feel tired too but everything seems amazing right now. Its amazing how we live and breathe and eat!!!

I took my gabapentin. So no anxiety. But i wonder if its making me a little hypomanic.

Zyprexa is a good drug. I hope it continues to help.

When you started gabapentin did they taper you on? I just wonder if this is because you've been off like a month.

I immediately took the 400mg today. But my pdoc is tapering me back on haldol. But if he had listened to me i have been taking the haldol for the past month, just not the gabapentin.

So i took 400mg today of gabapentin.
