hello... home alone again. I like to be home alone. It's fun. When I talk I don't have my mom keep asking me who I am talking to.

Most of time I go blank when it's time to meet my doc. Suddenly I don't know what to tell him. Glad the bf been paying attention to my symptoms so he helped me by making list of the symptoms that I have. Will start taking the Lamotrigine tonight. Hope everyone has a good day
Hey 12AM... I was wondering how you were doing as I hadn't seen you posting.

I know what you mean about your mind going blank with pdoc... I used to make lists but I think that was when I was on higher doses than I am now. I actually made a list of all my symptoms and printed it off once. Glad your b/f was there to help.

Anyway I hope the med changes help. It does seem strange that your doctor would change between brands of olanzapine though. Shouldn't make any difference.

That's pretty bad. I've drunk in the mornings before too and it's never a good sign.

Do you think it's your hypomania making you drink?

Just back from college.

I enjoyed it much more today as we actually did stuff. Just converting binary and hex and then basic websites with html code. I didn't think I'd enjoy the web development course but since it involves coding it's actually fun.

Now just time to relax. I'll probably just watch the X-Files after I'm all caught up with PC.

What's everyone else's plans for the day?

I just googled it and it seems that Remital is made in my country and so it's cheaper and more available, maybe that's why

Thanks Loial, I hope they help too. Only side effect I read that may occur is rash skin but it's very rare

Have you ever experienced mania or hypomania? Maybe you need a re-evaluation?

Not by itself. Recently i had hypomania induced by a med. ive been depressed off an on since i was a teen seems like. I dont ever remember having mania. Idk what it even feels like. Im always sluggish and tired and sad off and on. Some days i feel ok though. But not off the wall with energy and people think of me as a very negative person. Everyone that knows me.

I'd do a re-evaluation, I know that the change in diagnosis won't change who we are but I think it's important to get a correct dx so we can learn about ourselves better

My "mania" is mostly irritation and lack of sleep---I don't really get an elated mood----talk about getting screwed over.

Lol.

Well for me im not irritated a lot. Some days i dont get sleep but eventually ill fall asleep.

Anyway, im just saying, it doesnt make sense for me becUse i am never manic or hypomanic. The gabapentin only induced it in me for a week or less. Its not even like that anymore. Im always in a low spot.

I've been drinking more lately. I know before when I was hypomanic I would drink a lot more. Drink during the day. Depressed as well I would drink too. I once spent a month pretty much drunk all the time. There was also a time I would start off my morning with wine, caffeine pills, and lorazepam.

So either way I go up or down I tend to drink more lol. I am feeling pretty damn good lately now I'm off the depakote lol.

I kinda feel disappointed in myself with what my mom told me.

My mom said that my boss came to her that I'm driving her nuts on how slow I was working at the grocery store.
