I should have called my mom today or yesterday but I was preoccupied with going to the gym, and that has nothing to do with it. My mind is so slow. Plus it was hot here today. I hate the way it's dark out at the last smoke break of the day. Soon it will be so dark so early. That's the thing I most hate about winter. I wish I had learned to skate. I hope everyone is ok.

I'm on a low dose of seroquel for sleep. I wonder if that could cause weight loss if its cut out... My doctor said she may consider lowering it to 250. I could just come off it.

Hey everyone,

It has been a busy few days at work, my stress levels are high right now. I think things are going to start getting to normal tomorrow though. I saw my T today, we met for about hour and half total today. We talked about a bunch of different things today. I also see my pdoc tomorrow.

I guess I'll just wait and see what my doctor says. I don't see her for like 3 weeks, probably not a good idea to mess with things on my own.

I feel a bit better now. I think i was dehydrated.

Reordered a subscription of Philosophy Now magazine, too. Along with some special binders to keep all my philosophy magazines in.

Also some more books of amazon.

I prob spent a little over 400 dollars today but my dad helped me out by giving me 100.

I will be very busy reading with this time off from school and into the next few months. Also with maybe getting the new iphone 8. Butttt thats still up in the air, too. Cuz its a lot of money and i dont exactly need it.

But all in all im excited with my books!!!

Has anyone ever heard of such a thing that just happened to me here:

A woman came into my room with a big tube of something. She said, are you using this cream on your buttocks? I was so confused. I said no, of course and I tried to get her to say what the hell for, and the most she would say was that it's supposed to keep your butt from breaking down. I mean in what world does that make sense? Is this a thing?

Are any of your roommates incontinent. Sounds like diaper rash cream or bed sore cream. Who was the woman? The tube had no label on it. Did she leave it?

Think it's an interesting observation.
That could turn into a dependency if you enjoyed it and started doing it. First a mental one then a physical one also. I'm not judging you. I drink to calm myself down also, otherwise my frustration turns into bitter anger.
