No. I take it everyday. Some days i dont take my haldol. But this has nothing to do with it. Ive had migraines since i was 9. Its mostly caused by stress but my dad thinks it could be a vitamin defiency too. I also had an MRI few years back and i have a Chiari Malformation in the back of my head so that doesnt make it better.

That is a great instrumental. My favorite song right now is probably "We're In This Together". My favorite instrumental is "The Downward Spiral". I just recently acquired Pretty Hate Machine on vinyl and I also have The Downward Spiral on vinyl. I love how they sound across my sound system.

What about you doing something that gets you kicked out of that nursing home. Seems like a string of acting out may be in your immediate future. Maybe then they will have to find you a new home. Telling them that you are suicidal will definitely get you IP for sure.

I wouldn't encourage this, they'll probably put you some place worse....

Kori what meds and dose are you on? If the voices won't stop you likely need an adjustment and if you're not remembering to take the meds there is always injection.....I'd just hate to see anything happen to you.....

Doing some decorating today. Bf has managed to bag an early finish she he's coming to do it with me
Saw my cpn, talked about meds and I said it's probably best not to mess around with them while I'm stressed about moving and everything. In the future I'd like to look at something else though

I hate to hear this. SP is right. Maybe a med adjustment is what you need to make them go away.

Good morning. Laying in bed contemplating calling in sick. I don't feel great and I slept like ****. I'm tired. I wish the kids weren't back in school. I miss them during the day. I've not been having panic attacks about them though so that's good.

Have you drank lots of water and alternated between ibuprofen and Tylenol at least for the pain?

Ib and tylenol dont do anything for my pain. Ive been drinking water tho.

I don't think I have slept a wink or if I did then it was just a night terror! crazy how that is its 6:19am in the morning here! And I was angry when I went to bed and I am angry still flucken angry @ physio yesterday made me in so much pain I even took ibuprofen before bed/night meds. I just feel gross they said my knee pain was due to putting too much weight on my good leg versus my injured side they apparently have cleared me to go back to work I talk to my doctor today let's see what he has to say medically it's up to him I thought! And they said I need to strengthen my core muscles or something like that because my scoliosis will continue to hurt me. Well poop I think it's more then that but their just chalking it up to that which pisses me off I hate when professionals do that! I tried to correct my kinesiologist that I had an s curve and she was like rounded shoulders I was like that's not the correct terminology at all she looked at me and was like "Laura it's time to be serious here! I went to school for all of this I should know know." So I was like "well Kirsten so I believe you when u spent hundred thousands of dollars on an education but it doesn't mean you need to talk down to me or even tell me what I am saying is wrong or for this instance I will let you instruct but remember the person who lives it knows their body best!"

They test my range of motion on my ankle I mean because that's what I originally injured you know what my physiotherapist was like okay "push push you can do better then that and my foot started to shake!" Reaching for the moon doesn't make the stars fall outta the sky faster!

Anyways I need to talk to my psych nurse today 4 1/2 hours I set my alarm clock to get ready and in another 24mins I would be at my appointment waiting like 5-7mins until my psych nurse got her act together

Either that or i need to take allergy medicine. I deal with a lot of migraines tho. Had migraines since i was 9.
