Technically I'm fine but having major motivational issues----ie hard time doing everything I need to do at work---same thing happened yesterday. I think its because I'm leaving and the boss is out of town but there might also be a slight edge of depression.

I find that if I just start then I just roll with it. So I typically just start putting my pen to paper and a few ideas start to roll. I have no problem with motivation at work because it's all physical, muscle memory. You can only master something so well until that habit becomes a virtue.

Yeah, like the paranoia is generally that someone is going to die. Twice this has happened now and it's making it progressively more difficult for me to challenge the idea that I could be *causing* it with my mind. It's terrifying...

Well, it's not so much needing new sites, it's that my memory, focus, and cognition suck. I can't absorb new information like I used to. I got a small spurt of it the other day, but it was very short lived. For every new thing I learn, my wife and others seem to learn five instead.

those are the two sites I use to go to. I don't go to them anymore because my laptop has all the power I need these days, but their forum is informative!
All this stuff is always in flux though. It's like watching a soap opera, watch it for 10 minutes and you know exactly where they left off.

So I news or word on the street is am suppose to get X-rays done on my left shoulder/arm/elbow/wrist and hand to see if I did anything to it when I fell on Saturday! Now I either gotta go to the hospital or this medray place in Coquitlam which is about an hour by bus there and about an hour back. I basically fell apart at the GPs office and at my psych nurse appointment today.

Then when I finally got home I realized they didn't do the mattress cover after all like my landlords said they were going to do so I flopped down on my bed after putting it back together. I feel like I could sleep for a week, if that is all possible!
