He was like “omg thank you for saying it back! I was so afraid you werent gonna say it back”. And then thats when it hit me that i didnt realize i even said it. It was just habit. He said it a second time and i didnt say anything tho. When he was leaving. But he didnt say anything about that sexond time so I figured it was no problem.

He told me he doesnt even say i love you to his parents.
That's good

Idk. But i dont believe so.

Only because the relationship is new. I was like this with my ex at first and then everything slowed down after awhile. This guy is making me really happy. It could just be the excitedness of a new relationship. I could be hypo. But i dont think im manic at all. Thats not like me.

It doesnt seem like hypo tho either because im still tired all the time. Still lethargic and not wanting to do anything. Only when im around him i get like this. And only like the past 2 weeks.

Ive never been able to explain my libido. Idk any other women who deal with this. Im only manic-like when it comes to stuff like this.

Unless hypomania only has one symptom at a time. Then maybe.

Invited new guy over but hes busy.

I told him i talk to a lot of people but only hang out with him anymore. And had to cut someone out of my life recently. Plus losing my ex.

It was then that i realized im actually introverted. Mostly by circumstance, not by choice. I hate when I hear people say they are introverted by choice or keep their circle small.

Because i dont have that choice.

I was introverted but mostly due to anxiety now I think I prefer being around people but I'm still not a great talker....

I cut myself off from my friends because all we would do was drink and smoke(which didnt help my mental health) One of my mates would always get us into fights like every weekend I swear. But I think I actually prefer not having many friends.

Yea i try to shy away of saying my happiness is hypomania or mania. My pss tries to make out everything in my life being a symptom of mental illness and i just dont believe in that at all. I know my symptoms pretty well after doing years of research and being around loads of other people with mental illness.

Maybe its just me trying to be normal that i do that, but I honestly dont think everything in a mentally ill persons life is symptomotology. (Sp?) aka all symptoms.

I don't care to be in large groups of strangers. I do like work because it keeps me social 5 times a week which helps my sanity. But I really use to love my solitude when going to the library or even to a bar with my laptop to write. I use to go crazy during my studies at the university though because I wouldn't get to work enough and engage with people on a healthy level except for the little 2 hour college classes where I mostly sat and listened to a speaker talk at the lectern. I was convinced I was getting fibromyalgia from the stress of no social engagement while at the university. Don't get me wrong, I loved to speak in class. I wasn't shy at all to answer a question in long form.

I've noticed lately over the last couple days I've been getting nervous talking to people. Like strangers. I feel like I'm going to get light headed and shaking. I had this a couple months ago and it was annoying. I don't want it around again.
