Okay...I realize probably the people out to get me is likely delusional. But the fear someone is conducting surveillance on me to jail me in the states is very hard to tell from reality. Even in spite of seeing nothing to indicate it in public records...I still have a hard time believing it can't be the case.

So you might even have 90% reality and 10% delusion but anything can be a delusion until you ask other people. My understanding is you asked your partners and they think it's unlikely.

The reality in this country is you're coming from Europe....no one will take a second look at you getting off the plane.

Yeah...I talked to my wife and she said it won't happen. I asked her if I'm being delusional and paranoid over everything I've mentioned, and she said a little...

I was arguing with my sister and then she was like "You can't even afford your own stuff". She says **** like that to me all the time and she's thinking of being a psychiatric nurse and a model so I told her off about it.

She's so ****** I hate her. I could say some pretty nasty stuff to her that will break her confidence but I'm not like that.

Like how can you be a psychiatric nurse if you don't give a ****.

I think part of this is because my dad keeps delaying his visit and she hasn't seen much of him in her life because he's always working.

But I can't stand being nice to her all the time when she treats everyone like ****.

There was possibly a centipede on my dinner tray. I didn't poke at it or look really close, but it's no longer on the tray. Probably in my bed now.

I talked about my sleepy situation on Reddit and someone told me to see a neurologist instead of a psychiatrist because neurologists are better able to understand sleep disorders. I never knew that.

Another said that he was also sleeping 18 hours a day even when he stopped taking Risperidone like I did and then was sent to the psychiatric hospital and put on all sorts of psych meds like me.

So I'm finding my way to figuring this out kinda.

Just got pulled over for not having a seat belt on. Could have been a lot worse though.

I was in a really good mood. I thought I was wearing my seat belt. It was an accident. The cop was in the middle of the road waiting for someone to make a mistake. Sigh... I took a Xanax.

I seem to be doing better at the moment. Less paranoid. However it would appear that this thinking is more than one layer thick...I keep thinking it was demonic possession that happened a little bit ago.

I'm glad you're feeling better . Some people feel like burning sage helps with all things demon, although I would argue it's a delusion.......

I had a friend and her bf burning sage in the psych hospital smoke pit.

Was nice.

I behaved like a total a. hole this weekend. I don't even remember some of it. I can hear other people's thoughts plus my own its too loud. I knocked myself out for a large while. Hope i can sleep again.

I don't think they can hear mine, I'm just hearing theirs, and its WAY too much input.
Just fyi, i don't think i can hear yours, in case it crossed your mind. Just people in the vicinity, plus normal voices.

I am so sick I think like physically I went out earlier to get some Kleenexes and thermometer and some neocitron but I grabbed the one with high content of Tylenol in it by accident I don't do well with that stuff. I decided it was bed time it's only 15mins to 8pm. But I am sooooo tired
