Good morning! At my day program. Waiting to go in and eat breakfast.

Its day 3 of no bingeing or purging. I will get back there again!

I'm loving this beautiful fall weather here. Going to the library later today. Also gotta get my shot and pick up my meds too.

Morning,

I’m in a slightly better mood today so that’s good. I still slept in until 10:30 though.

Might be going to see Blade Runner 2049 with my dad. Going to see if I can watch the first one this afternoon too so I understand the new one better.

Hope everyone is ok.

Wow, thats a lot of rain. I wouldn't like that. It rains a lot here in the spring. We tend to start getting snow sometime in November which I love!

I used to live in jasper, Alberta like right in the Rockies there and we get snow from one year October 1 to next year Thanksgiving and it was 9 months of snow but I loved it there compared to here I was there from 18-21years old lived and worked there.

But anyway it's cold, damp cold here chills ya to the bone.

I wanna move elsewhere but I don't have that luxury everywhere is expensive. I get disability here and I finally have a good doctor, counsellors, a nice psych nurse and people who understand my needs but not so much as a lot of friends. I have a friend who was ungrateful to me yesterday and now I am reconsidering our friendship!

Blade runner I don't think I remember it as much I probably watched it on Netflix or something.

I haven't gone to the theatres in months but they have this thing here called scene points and they just topped it up so I could get one free adult admission gotta use it before December 31st 2017 though so I gotta figure out what I wanna watch! Maybe I will take my sister she has wheels and make it a treat on me or something!

I was looking on reddit thinking about if music would eventually run out of melodies.

The answer is no. There's like an infinite number of melodies that can be made.

That is satisfying.

Think of this in another way though in terms as an example of reality.. When a music artist thinks differently and erases a lyric or note in a song, it changes the course of their reality to make a different completed song than if it wasn't changed.

In the end, the list of songs that are made are like a code or symbol of everyone's reality.

The real reality is history but at the same time, history can be changed in an individuals belief based on the differences in real reality, the end point.

I believe it is true that we are our own creators of our realities.

I am the God of reality. Everything has a consciousness.

When I threw my cigarette into the fire this morning, I thought to myself, the light at the end of the cigarette butt will be sad when I throw it in the fire. But there's nothing that I can do. It will burn out in the cold and turn into darkness to be left alone.

And that there's people living in the grass and I step on them. Like when I go fishing and the lack of stimulation in my mind makes me think that there's small people on the boat and the boat that the fuel keeps the people alive.

That's just where my mind is at sometimes.

Edit: Maybe psychedelics made it more prevalent but in a way that idek

"When you talk about a thing or animal as if it were human, you're anthropomorphizing it. The Easter Bunny is an anthropomorphized rabbit. People anthropomorphize all the time."

That's good to know.

Edit: But this doesn't correlate with actual belief. I can't believe that though that would cause me more emotions than normal about something like in other realities when I die but I think it would be a problem if I cry about it for people that are close to me that are crying in that other reality.

Edit: But people believe in the easter bunny. As long as it's kids it's ok? But if it's an adult it's bad? But it relates to god and jesus coming from the dead? Does imagination and creativity correlate with psychosis? Then why don't kids have psychosis? Is it only in their dreams with nightmares? Is a nightmare in real life the same? If something is bad in belief does that make it psychosis? If something is good is that mania? Is mania ok as long as the person isn't agitated?

Sorry so many rhetorical questions I dive into the water and find the fish.

Edit: I can see how mania can cause psychosis but can psychosis cause mania and then depression happens and is the bipolar opposite of mania.

Psychotic depression is real too.

Edit: You know those parts of the brain that are bigger in the brain because of schizophrenia, can they relate to the opposite belief of what someone can think about the relation to that? Do antipsychotics make the opposite happen to stop them from forming and the wrong antipsychotic is slightly out of tune so it can degenerate more slowly or less slowly?

Sigh
