I just ordered the new Dan Brown book, Origin. Hopefully it'll re-spark my interest in reading for a bit. The last time I read was when I was stuck in hospital and had nothing to do. Strange how when I came home I stopped reading, I was enjoying it even if it was the only thing I had to do!

Hey hey hey good morning y’all. I have to go for a scope next week and then after that stop eating gluten altogether so I’ve been going through a bucket list of gluten food.

Today I want Chinese food from the mall. I think the only things I have left on my list is Taco Bell, and donuts. And maybe one local burger place...

Through my list I’ve had Jollibee chicken, Korean food, delivery pizza, chicken fingers, A&W burger and onion rings, fish and chips, Tim’s breakfast sandwich, and some other stuff.

I mean, it’s not like I can’t eat pizza or burgers or fried chicken etc ever again. It’s just it’ll have to be made gluten free and there’s only so many places that have gluten free options. For sure all the fast food places I will have to avoid.

Luckily there’s a restaurant downtown that is completely gluten free. They have fish and chips, chicken fingers, cake, etc. It’ll probably be my new favorite place lol.

Edit: omg poutine my favorite poutine place has flour in their gravy I need to get on that before it’s too late.
Thanks for this!

I called in today myself. I didn't want to climb a 40 footer for the third day in a row so I'm sick.

Haha I just have a cold but once you factor in a long walk in cold weather and the fact that I'm exhausted....it's unlikely I'll go in.....

Glad there is a gluten free option for you....I'm surprised it's not more common given they have sort of universal gluten free flour blends now......

Lots of restaurants nowadays have gluten free menus but sometimes they’re a bit limited.

Fast food places are the worst to get gluten free so I’ll have to say goodbye to my quick fix foods hahahahaha.

Hi. I hung out in the dining room for over an hour but they didn't have an auction today, apparently. (They auction off personal care stuff.)

I hope everyone will feel better soon. We seem to.have a lot of viruses going around or something.

Thank you for the new roll call, Blue_Bird!
Thanks for this!

Just waking up it's almost 8am and I went to sleep at 1:30am.

Ah loving the broken clock inside my body. What was the point of setting an alarm clock if I was going to wake up early, anyway?

I have dr appointment today I am going to have to write it down what I want to ask him. Because I always forget when I get there!

I am so so tired of waking up early everyday either at 4-8am. But consider this if I am waking up early I either went to sleep at 9:30pm-1:30am. Then I am up for a copious amount of time to. I have been like this since Monday 9th(Canadian thanksgiving) and it's now the 19th so 10 days!

Hopefully my blood work doesn't take long to process or my urine sample! My doctor is checking my thyroid, stomach, liver, kidneys, and see if I am iron deficient. He wants to know why I have lost so much weight...it's so freaking hot in my place I said that last night too I wonder if I have a fever I don't have thermometer though to tell! I will ask my doc to take my temp!

My mom dropped off bottled water last night and when I asked her to be my ride from superstore I got like 5 excuses and like 5 insults all at the same time. As well telling me to take a cab home since I am miss money buckets (since last month I took a cab to the store last month but it was paid through something while my "ankle" was healing.).

I was like "gee, yeah I am just loaded to brim with money that's exactly why I am living off of mr noodles, KD, oatmeal with brown sugar, and sorbet!" (Sarcastically) so guess what's she gives me a half a bag of mini mars bars, 4 buns, 4 boxes of KD, 1 can of gateroade, 1 box of orange garbage bags- that I needed and a hug telling me all sorts of hurtful words whispered into my ear.

But I don't condone her thinking or her hurtful words/ insults. Yet when I need her for a ride it's like I sit on the bottom totem pole I never ever get to be top priority! But if it was my uncle 20 bucks he would get the first class seat even if he is getting out last!

Anyways I gotta think if I am going downstairs for breakfast or not?!?!?!

http://shop.glutino.com this is an online store that sells gluten free foods you probably seen them on store shelves! I used to order from them when I was working at a long term care home for a lady who was gluten intolerant, I wanted for her to have a quality like instead of a crap diet my company was feeding her she was just another number!
