I had mine set on automatic so I'm not sure whether it's going at 96 for mobile or 160 for high, I tried setting it to 160 which is the max for unpaid here but it seemed the same. I doubt I need lossless but I need better than Spotify free . Ironically though I didn't realize anything was wrong until I started comparing directly to Apple. It's not terrible it's just not as clear and the highs and lows are blunted.....hey it's like and AP!

I tried instacart because I didn't feel good enough to go to the store this morning.....my primary concern is tipping the right people.....one of my old bfs worked for them and they had in store shoppers, drivers and now they added a service fee which somehow may or may not be optional but I didn't even see it until after authorizing the card.

I WISH i could use instacart. If i need to goto the grocery and dont feel good, i either gotta get my butt up and go OR go without food for the day.

I haven’t been taking my meds the last few days. My mood is going lower I can feel it. I haven’t been delusional or paranoid though.

So it makes me think - is the paranoia and delusions actually related to my mood? Because my mood is low and I’m not delusional. Does that mean my delusions are only related to a real up mood?

I took my meds this morning though so hopefully it’ll help with my mood again.

It’s hard to know about your mood and psychosis. the effect of the APs might not wear off straight away. I mean some people get paranoid etc missing one dose... whilst others it can take a while...

I'm not sure it actually matters for medication purposes. I mean it does for diagnosis but if you consider that all the diagnoses they have overlap genetically anyway well it's all a wash.

**sigh** I really wish I could lose like 40 lb...last I checked I'm around 190. I used to be 150 when I was in my early 20s.

Once I got paranoid after missing 3 doses, yet when I was in hospital (A+E) for a week off both meds I was fine other than some insomnia.

Who knows! All I know is I pop my pill once a day and it works!

My mom also doesn't understand. She said, you're just high strung right? And I said yes. It helps to be a lot older lol.

I wish i could lose some weight too. I am but not a lot. Im losing like a pound every two weeks right now. Thats average. Not literal.

My favorite smoke monitor is here today. She usually works Saturdays. She is such a genuinely nice person. We talk vaping whenever she's here. She uses a SmokAlien now, it's beautiful. I have all the info she gave me about getting one. I can't do it now - I'm not sure I ever can because she says it's close to $90. but I do hope I can get one at some point. Anyway, everytime I talk to her I feel so happy. She's just one of those truly nice people.
